  1. I use mach 3 turbo as well and I always get razor burn on the neck. It's not the brand of the razor though. Anyone try that Philips Norelco razor on tv with the three heads? I've been thinking about giving that a try.
  2. QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Nov 30, 2008 -> 02:39 PM) True. The person below me hasn't done any Christmas shopping yet. True... damnit The person below me loves the snow.
  3. Ok, I finally heard the Kanye and I don't like it one bit. It's a pop/R&B album and since I don't really listen to that music much it makes sense. There are a lot of people who like it though and that's because they do like that type of music. The best songs are Love Lockdown and Robocop. Like someone said the lyrics to robocop are not good at all. "You spoiled little L.A. girl...." ugh. Anyway, whose heard the new Q-Tip? A very solid album.
  4. Kenny is looking at other options besides Tavarez. If Kenny wanted Tavarez he'd already be here which leads me to believe he is looking at other options. If he can't land his target he will focus on Tavarez and acquire him if it doesn't cost too much. If he's too expensive Owens will be starting.
  5. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Nov 28, 2008 -> 05:49 PM) False. The person below me has either seen Gage in person, or has heard his voice through the magic of the interwebs. True, have not met him, but have heard him. The person below me has slept with a stripper.
  6. QUOTE (chunk23 @ Nov 28, 2008 -> 05:38 PM) If they trade Dye, move TCQ to right and sign Dunn. Can you guys imagine Dunn at the cell? I mean it seems like he hits the ball 500 feet everytime. Can he hit the scoreboard? lol I love what KW is doing though. He is looking at the market for all his players and will not move them unless he gets kings ransom.
  7. I like to stick to 20% for normal to good service and around 15% if bad. Circumstances might differ because sometimes service might not be that great, but the place might be really busy and they just can't keep up. One thing I do notice though is when I tip 20% when I'm with people I've been told its too much so a lot of people still tip at about 15%. I also agree $1 per drink can get expensive when drinks are already 8 bucks on the norm. Tipping delivery is a must.
  8. QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Nov 26, 2008 -> 06:43 PM) Brunette, but I'm not going to lie, brunette with a little blond in their hair is good too! I agree with nite. I like brunettes more, but the highlights look good. Though blondes tend to stick out in big crowds more so its easy to spot some them and quickly see if they're good looking or not.
  9. Illusions Michael! Tricks are what whores do for money... or cocaine!
  10. The new people under the stairs is pretty good. I'm afraid to listen to kanyes new album as I believe its going to be crap like his 2 singles. Disappointing after his last album was his best.
  11. He also killed a dog with his own hand by slamming him on the ground multiple times for under performing... sick. I mean with his own hands he made a dog suffer and die. I think when he gets out he will have done his time and paid for his sins. I know pet lovers who said he should've got life which I completely disagree with. I mean 3 years of his life are wasted and he is basically broke when he gets out. I think that's enough justice. He has a slim chance with a career in sports when he gets out, though I do think he will make some money whether its a incentive based contract in the NFL or Arena football or something, but he'll never be anywhere near as wealthy as he once was.
  12. This whole week I had a sore throat. Never got worse, never got better. I thought my tonsils were flaring up because I have chronically enlarged tonsils and they need to come out, but im too much for a punk to get them taken out. Anyway it finally got worse friday and I called the doc to prescribe me my medication. I wake up Saturday and my throat is completely cleared up. The thing is I didn't take any of the medication because of a pharmacy error. So looks like im saving them until I get sick which should be sometime this winter.
  13. Okay, here's a little review about Fallout 3 from me after playing the game for a bit. Graphics are great. A really big environment to explore. Lots of side quests. The environment is very interactive. Taking naps to heal, picking locks to open doors and safe's was fun. You can hacking computers which you basically try to guess passwords to get extra parts of the storyline. The gameplay is pretty good. If you like RPG's this is right up your alley. With lots of side quests and the big world to explore you have a lot of gaming ahead of you. I've read more than 100 hours. The guns are okay, I only got to play it for about 8 hours in total, but they also let you create different weapons depending on your skill level. The VAUTS aiming system is a lot of fun. You set your target, choose the body part to shoot, and watch as your character executes your command in a slow motion cinematic way. You earn points throughout the game and with those points you can improve your abilities to create/repair weapons, hack computers, heal yourself more efficiently, sweet talk your way through the game, you name it and its there. The story is pretty good. Although there are a couple games out there with a similar storyline it can hold its own. You begin the game in a vault built to keep everyone safe from the atomic bomb. They built a lot of these, but the difference with this vault is you cannot leave. You end up busting out of there for a very important reason I won't give away. Now you're on your own in the wastelands with danger in each direction. You can pick what type of character you want to be by selecting what you want to say when communicating with people. You want to be a bad ass that doesn't take s*** you got it. If you want to be manipulative to get what you want that's also an option. Overall the game seems pretty fun. If want to play the hell out of a game and get your money's worth its there. If you want to run straight through it you can do that while having some fun. VAUTS is pretty cool. You'll have some fun with it. The story will keep you involved and interested. The graphics are awesome.
  14. QUOTE (shipps @ Nov 21, 2008 -> 04:50 PM) My car was pretty much totalled last night,no injuries and have no idea how there wasnt except for god lookin down on me.Crossing my fingers that my car can be salvaged. The idiot turned left right in front of me on a green light at an intersection and there was nothing I could do.I knocked him up on two wheels sideways(dont know how he didnt flip his pickup truck) then he took off and left the scene.Car accidents are so traumatic I still havent calmed down from it. It took me a couple days to get back to normal on the road after my only accident. I was pretty shaken up right afterwards as well.
  15. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Nov 19, 2008 -> 01:53 PM) Woohoo!!! Just got my PS3 delivered to me at work. At work? Welcome to the next generation of video game consoles!
  16. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Nov 19, 2008 -> 05:55 PM) I like Joey Cora and if he isn't going to manage somewhere I am very glad he is staying with the Sox and his pal Ozzie Guillen We need him for when ozzie is going off on the umpires after getting tossed and he runs out to hold ozzie back.
  17. A PS3 game... still deciding which one. A TV... lol Clothes/gift cards to buy clothes
  18. I played Resistance 2 and it was pretty fun. Next is Fallout 3. One of these 2 will be my next video game purchase. Does anyone know how long (hours) are the campaigns to these games. I find it hard to go back to a game I have beaten. For some reason I just lose interest after completing the story. I am not big on unlocking extra stuff.
  19. QUOTE (shipps @ Nov 15, 2008 -> 12:54 PM) It seems like the price for Viciedo is going way up as the interest seems to have built to almost over hype now.I see the Sox falling out of this sweepstakes. With the year lexi had last season most teams will send scouts to at least take a peak. I bet Torres is fielding calls from a bunch of teams on Viciedo. I think as long as the sox put in a competitive offer or another team doesn't come in and offer crazy cash, the sox will probably end up with him. I bet he'd take a little less money to play with lexi and count.
  20. QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 13, 2008 -> 02:46 PM) I honestly think KW believes the window for this team to compete might be over, and that's why you hear names like Dye, Jenks, Swisher, and Konerko being thrown around. I highly doubt KW thinks this team needs to be torn apart. If he went into the 08 season thinking he could win the division after 07 there's no way in hell he's going to think different after we just won the division and had 4 young guys put up some very good numbers.
  21. Yeah, if we traded Swish for what looks to be a mediocre prospect then KW really f***ed up. We gave up 3 good looking young players for Swish. The money Swish is owed over the next couple years is not a bad thing considering Swish is still young and will most likely play better than last year. There better be more to this.
  22. I just don't understand how Hendry makes other teams take his scrap heap for dynamite talent... Maybe not scrap heap, but Pie hasn't proved anything in 2 seasons, Marshall is nothing special and Ronny Cedeno just sucks. Ofcourse the main piece won't waive his no trade clause but im sure they'll just pick another prospect out of the hat.
  23. QUOTE (Jake @ Nov 7, 2008 -> 05:02 PM) I believe trading Jenks away will come back to bite us in the ass. We nearly missed the playoffs due to our bullpen, regardless of our other deficiencies. Why weaken our weakest area? I personally don't believe Thornton and his reluctance to use his offspeed and affinity for letting inherited runners cross the plate is a good enough option. Exactly how I feel. I don't care if Jenks' strikeout numbers are way down, he's pitching to contact now. If we had a stud who could take his spot and we wouldn't feel the loss then it wouldn't be a bad idea... but we don't so we shouldn't trade him.
  24. What is that DS game hawkaroo talks about 100 times a season?
  25. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Nov 2, 2008 -> 10:55 AM) He pitched about as well as any of the Sox pitchers this post-season (Dotel looked good, too)...he certainly had a couple of pretty good starts that gives SOME hope for the guy, he didn't get completely blasted and disappear into oblivion like Arnie Munoz. I think of him as Mike Porzio or Josh Stewart with better stuff, lol. Oh god you mentioned some pretty bad names there... bad memories. Arnie getting trashed by the Expos... wow
