  1. Saw some clips of last night's Conan on the web this morning--between the return of the Masturbating Bear, the hamsters, the skit above, and Sandler--quality stuff.
  2. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Jan 13, 2010 -> 07:41 PM) I much prefer your taste in it. EDIT: Does anyone not use iTunes? I'm still a Windows Media Player user, as that what's my MP3 player operates from (not a Zune).
  3. I like you Brian Williams. http://tv.gawker.com/5445825/brian-william...eroid-admission
  4. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jan 6, 2010 -> 02:40 PM) Columbia. Yes.
  5. I can't count, senility is already kicking in. Make that 5.
  6. Thanks guys; hope you four had splendid days as well.
  7. QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Nov 25, 2009 -> 12:35 AM) http://www.thisiswhyyourefat.com/ that website might need a thread of its own s***s redick My buddies and I are always debating if we would eat the day's entry. It's a fun site. The only unfortunate thing is it seems so many of the entries lately are only made solely for the purpose of getting on the website and are not legit concoctions.
  8. QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Nov 25, 2009 -> 04:26 AM) Christmas because my birthday is 11 days before & they play A Christmas Story for 24 hours before. I also chose the 4th of July because it's always been a fun holiday to me. 4th of July has always been a good, fun holiday; good call.
  9. New Years (Eve) is the most overrated holiday.
  10. Kind of pumped, about next year. I'm already signed-up/committed to four half-marathons for next year: the IU Mini, the Indy Mini, the Chicago Rock 'n' Roll 1/2, and the Fort4Fitness Half. My goal is to run Chicago's Marathon next October. Running has become an obsession for me this year, as I've run a variety of 5 and 10Ks, as well as a couple of other longer distance races this year. My last race of the calendar year is this Thursday morning, as I'm running a Turkey Trot in Naperville.
  11. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Nov 14, 2009 -> 09:14 AM) Which area are you looking at? NW burbs? Primarily northwest, but really anything west of 294 makes sense.
  12. I know we should have no problem filling up a thread of this nature at ST. The parents are coming up for Thanksgiving weekend, and we're having dinner somewhere on Black Friday. We ate at Wildfire in Schaumburg last year; that was pretty solid. However, I don't want to do the same place again. Fine folks of ST, I'm looking for your favs/suggestions for dinner options in the area.
  13. I think Continuum will be hard to top, but he did a great job moving to the side and forward, while still keeping a Continuum-like vibe on these tracks. It's a more radio-friendly album, especially with Half Of My Heart. IMO, the best tracks are Assassin and Friends, Lovers Or Nothing. He's got a concert show on Fuse next Tuesday; I'm looking forward to officially hearing what this new stuff sounds like live.
