  1. I'm happy NBC is finally allowing you to stream full episodes of Scrubs on their site now versus the lame 2-minute episodes.
  2. I'm calling it while it looks crazy--the Pacers are going to be in the playoffs.
  3. Personally, I don't think this has any effect on anything. This doesn't make things any better or worse; this was all bad to begin with. Senderoff was the fall guy, as his name was linked to the calls in the initial reports. However, this doesn't do anything to better the situation. Senderoff's position was barred from making any recruiting calls or visits, and I question if he did anything outside of that for the program. And if he didn't, he was basically worthless to the program, in his current role, since he couldn't do anything. And FWIW, the sanctions imposed on Senderoff's position will remain on whoever takes his position (it looks to be Dan Dakich).
  4. We're still waiting for the NCAA's decision on how they will come down on IU. This isn't going under the rug, nor should it.
  5. QUOTE(RME JICO @ Oct 29, 2007 -> 12:04 AM) One of the most boring World Series ever. What are the odds that the Red Sox are on the cover of the next Sports Illustrated? Next week in the NFL is Indy vs NE, both undefeated at 8-0. Ha it'll be interesting to see what they do...

  11. First one to get me the name of the song wins.
  12. Addai will still get the brunt of the rushing attempts; every effective back in the league always has an effective 2nd back.
  13. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Oct 24, 2007 -> 12:01 PM) TMQ Brady will probably take the record from Manning this year, but I hope people remember that. Manning had absolutely no defense behind him during that year--if we didn't score 30 points, we were probably losing the game. Brady's defense may be a little more down than it usually is, but this is stat padding at its finest.
  14. QUOTE(DrunkBomber @ Oct 23, 2007 -> 12:49 AM) I found it kind of funny that the theme of the night, besides Bob "Jesus" Sanders to keep talking about how everyone is overlooking the Colts. Maybe the avid NFL fan isn't overlooking Indy, but it's so easy to make a case that the media has overlooked any team not named New England this year. I understand the reasoning behind that, and I have no problem being overlooked--it worked just fine for us last year.

  16. QUOTE(danman31 @ Oct 21, 2007 -> 02:39 AM) Indiana should beat Ball State, but I find it funny that you both mentioned Northwestern as a game they should win. IU's 2 wins in the Big Ten are the 2 teams at the bottom of the standings and they lost by 25 at Michigan State, where Northwestern won. I'm just saying, you have no real reason to be confident about winning in Evanston. Not to say I expect the Cats to win that game (it's in the very winnable category), but c'mon guys, you are still Indiana football. I never claimed it to be in the bag. If you see, I mentioned Purdue as well. I'm just saying those are the games IU has the best potential of getting wins in.
  17. QUOTE(farmteam @ Oct 20, 2007 -> 05:05 PM) Kellen Lewis makes me sad. The first fumble was legit, because he got popped hard. However, the other two were Rex Grossman-esque. We definitely had our chances to get the elusive sixth today. Next week's going to be rough at Wiscy, but we still have games against Ball State, Northwestern, and Purdue. We'll be playing 13.
  18. I'm going w/ no, because I saw another article somewhere saying the issue JD and Elliot will be addressed/finalized really early in the season, because Bill Lawrence doesn't want a Ross-Rachel finale or any of that. I just assume that meaning that they will put that issue to rest for good. It could also mean that they officially are together for a bulk of the season, but I just can't see that happening.

  20. I got home 20 minutes after it started and didn't bother watching. I didn't hear many laughs from my roommate who was watching.
