  1. What’s he saying. I hope he’s sad as s%*#. Traitor.
  2. It’s amazing how well the promotions draw good crowds. I was in Seattle last week and they had a Naylor bobble head. On a Monday night the lines were incredibly long to get into the stadium and we got there over an hour before 1st pitch. Couldn’t believe how loved Naylor was
  3. Eh, I’d rather lose Acuna than Nashida
  4. I wouldn’t. Not with these injuries
  5. Got hurt running to first. Of course.
  6. After years of misery, us Sox fans are finally enjoying good baseball on the southside. We should sweep Detroit this weekend with how banged up they are and with how bad they are playing. But 2 out of 3 would be good too. I’m really excited for the gauntlet in June against Philadelphia, Atlanta, LAD, NYY and Cleveland. It’s going to give this team an opportunity to show the rest of the baseball world what they are capable of. Really show they’ve turned the corner and are no longer the laughing stock. I mean it could also show how far they still have to go. But I’m opting to believe in the former, it’s much more fun. And damn, we’re doing all this without Kyle Teel. What a time to be alive.
  7. It’s not just the Sox. It’s baseball. Teams go through rough stretches. Sox are in a better position still than some teams that were thought to be in the thick of it. Tigers, Astros, Red Sox, Metsto name a few. Dodgers had a tough stretch. Cubs just had an 0-7 home stand. We could be doing a lot worse.
  8. As one who was at the game, it definitely felt like Wrigley south. Waaaaay too many cubs fans. What’s worse is they were all talking s%*# and God I wanted them to eat their words so bad. Also hicks was terrible no idea why Will left him in so long. Should’ve taken him out 2 or 3 batters earlier, it was obvious he had no control.
  9. I’ll be there tonight. Can’t freaking wait. I hope for a really good ballgame. Also I wanna see some fire and drama. Maybe some benches clearing or something. Just nobody get hurt lol. But moreso just a great game and a Sox win. Walkoff homer would be friggin awesome
  10. Immediately where my brain went. The fact that you have to say “again” lol
  11. Charlotte’s current C and CF better than the major league club lol.
  12. As bummed as I am that I won’t be able to see him for my first in person game of the season next week, I’m glad they aren’t rushing him. Get him healthy and play him when he’s back to 100 percent. No need to further injure something and compromise one of our future cornerstones.
  13. Did that a few times in HS baseball. The area it hurt the worst was down near the ol’ cup. Belly flopping on the cup hurts like a mother.
  14. Sox are the most interesting team in the division from a talent and future perspective right now, IMO, especially now that Skubal is out for a lot of the season and likely won’t be with Detroit after the season is over.
  15. For some reason they scheduled them all within like a month. Nice to get them out of the way I suppose.
  16. What is this the 4th of July?
  17. If they have a really good month of May (which so far so good), I’ll start believing that the division or last wildcard berth is attainable.
  18. Burke looked like a #1 yesterday against SD. Not saying he is a #1, but he pitched like one. That breaking ball early was nails, and fastball had good life. He commanded the zone well too.
  19. Also what a hell of a game by Sean Burke. Pitched his ass off.
