Both kay and fedde have performed well for most part. Their stuff has been better than Schultz....getting into 95-96 mph range at times Nosh is the weak link right now Our vets: Benny,fedde,kay,Grichuk....all have chipped in on field and off.

I have more faith in Acuna at the plate with RISP than Colson right now. He is making contact, giving him a chance. Sammy will get in there when Sox knock out their lefty starter.

Braden Montgomery is becoming a weapon on the basepaths(outside of an occasional mistake). He's got his dad's running back legs...strong with a burst when a hole opens up . Sneaky fast guys like vargas, colston, Braden,Sammy,tristan,acuna help play small ball.

The week ahead has the hot( 8 wins in last ten) Red Sox and the cool (3-7 in last 10) A's coming to Sox park. Right now Sox will face 4 lefty starters ,one righty,one tba this week. Would be nice if Sox could get their right handed outfielder( Pereira) back. Big week for Grichuk and Acuna. Red Sox are bad at home but 23-21 on road. Meanwhile, guardians go to twins so someone( hopefully guards) is going to lose ground. Finish 1st half strong,Sox!
