  1. CQ get a curtain call?
  2. Did CQ do his greatest bat-flip of the year? I'm not a huge fan of curtain calls all the time, but I hope CQ gets one
  3. is a RH coming in for Carlos?
  4. everyday wants no part of Swish I guess
  5. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:43 PM) I think it's cause Eddie's a leftie. Our coaches never like to take out a catcher, I've picked up on that much. Yeah, I think Pablo was the emergency catcher, I have no idea who it would be if Hall and AJ both had to leave a game
  6. Is Crede's back acting up?
  7. well Toby, at least it wasn't a GIDP
  8. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:39 PM) Not the best homestand to say the least. no doubt Sqwert, but if they can pull this one out of their ass, it will be OK
  9. if PK gets on does Joey PR BA or Wise?
  10. Well, if the Sox go on to lose this game I won't be able to monitor them closely for about 10 days since I'm leaving for Ireland tomorrow. They obviously haven't been spectacular as of late, but this is still a good team and the Tigers have been bi-polar this year and the Twins just got swept by the Yankees. Hopefully the Sox turn it around while I'm gone and I can monitor good news.
  11. I'm going to be Secondy the Second Guesser now and say Dotel probably should have come in with 2nd and 3rd and 2 out
  12. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:30 PM) You have to keep telling yourself that this team can rebound today and take this win with them to Kitty-Kat land Obviously the last series there is a HUGE exception, but I think the Sox have played the Tigers well the last 2 years. Hopefully it is a veteran enough team to shake off this homestand and the last series and go give them hell
  13. darn, only one run that inning...
  14. OK JD, good job to get at least one that inning, COME ON JT, if I'm the Rangers I'm unitentionally/intentionally walking JT to get to PK, I don't care if it brings the tying run up
  15. Darn, not what the Sox needed there... that's one way to help a crappy bullpen
  16. Good job Swish. AJ has done a good job this year, but maybe it's time to put Swish at number 2, his OBP is more suited for it
  17. QUOTE (tommy @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:23 PM) You sir are correct, Swisher was actually arguing first, and Ozzie came out. that guess was based on Gamecast which had in low and inside
  18. QUOTE (tommy @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:21 PM) Ozzie tossed. I assume arguing strike 2 to Swisher?
  19. OK OC, hopefully that's a start to something big
  20. QUOTE (Wanne @ Jul 23, 2008 -> 02:17 PM) and a day off tomorrow. yeah, that is my main argument with it. guys are going to get a day off tomorrow and it's an easy trip
  21. on a 0-2 pitch too, that's a shame
  22. I assume Alexei made an insane play?
  23. with the day off tomorrow, I wouldn't mind seeing Ozzie empty that pen to hold the score down
