As far as I can tell, the memory hole is one of those, ultra-liberal, anti-American, anti-Israel websites that Sideshow loves! I don't put much credence into his (BIASED) opinions or his recommended readings!

Where were these Eurpoean countries when we invaded Iraq? The UK and Australia supported us, who else did? Canada harbors terrorist groups, openly let Hamas and Hezbollah campaign for funds...That's an ally??? As much as I love Israel, you hate Israel. The difference is, you have no reason to hate Israel, except MAYBE for that fact that it's a Jewish state! You are a hater!

The have a LOT more to worry about here in the US than Israel turning on us! And Israel has a lot more pressing issues than becoming an enemy of the US...LIKE SURVIVING!!! Israel would/could never turn it's back on the US, that would be suicide!

Similar slanted history is NOT being taught on the other side, not even close! I would love to see proof that it is (was)!

I am still waiting for Sideshow to say one positive thing about the US...he badmouths EVERYTHING, yet lives here, makes his living here, enjoys our freedoms, etc. There must be something here that you appreciate. Enlighten us!

I don't blindly follow our "leader"...I hate George Bush, and would NEVER vote for him. I think he's an imbecile, and has proven himself to be totally unqualified as a leader. That doesn't mean that I don't support the US troops 100% re. Iraq. Even if there aren't WMDs, Hussein had to go!

When Israel's security is 100% guaranteed from aggression from its Arab neighbors, ONLY then would I agree that Israel should decrease/end it's weapons programs. As long as Israel's neighbors are hell-bent on the destruction of Israel, Israel should be allowed to defend herself BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY! BTW, why would we ever need to invade Israel to ensure the security of the US? Israel is the only real ally that the US has!!!

I'm talking about people who are 100% negative about the US! There are some who seemingly find nothing positive to say about it, but enjoy the hell out of our freedoms!

Why WOULDN'T you want Griffey on the Sox? He'd be awesome in the 4th spot, between Thomas and Ordonez, (R-L-R), is a good citizen, and tears up AL pitching. Who cares about a $30 million surplus, JR won't spend it on improving the team anyway. It'll just line his (and the investors') pockets!

Hockey has the best playoffs. In fact, I won't watch it during the regular season, too many fights/penalties/stoppages. In the playoffs, it's just pure hockey! It is awesome.

Not true! Israel is not perfect either; I wouldn't live there because it's too dangerous. Too many enemies. Very high inflation rate too. (I have never even been to Israel.) I love the USA, with all it's faults, this is my home. I'm not saying, "America...love it or leave it.", but, if you can't find anything to like about it, I don't see why you'd want to live there.

I'll never understand people who have nothing but bad things to say about the US and/or its government, yet continue to live here! You can live in Canada, they LOVE terrorists! Hamas and Hezbollah openly collect charitable donations in Canada, (Mogen David Adom (Israeli Red Cross)) cannot, they are considered a terror organization!?) I'm not going to say that the US is a "garden of eden", but it is THE best place in the world in which to live. If it wasn't, I'd want to know what country is better, so that I could live there! Bottom line...if I go to a Sox game, and they are getting blown out, and it's raining and cold...I leave. If I go to a movie and it sucks, I leave. So if a person lived in a country that they hated, and they could leave it, why wouldn't you leave? I don't get it.

I want a Sox World Series more than anything sports related, but, if yiou think Chicago would go nuts if the Sox won, you are high! Very few people care about the Sox here, this is a cubs town. It's like if the Blackhawks won a Cup, who would give a rat's ass? Would we want band wagon jumpers anyway? I think not!

I think that these "people" are blowing themselves up, not because of Sharon, but because they are brainwashed from Day 1 to believe that Jews are evil and must be destroyed. Couple that with the fact that Arafat makes them live in abject poverty, then offers thousands of dollars to the families of homicide bombers. Add that to the promise of martyrdom...THAT'S why these scumbags blow themselves and innocent people up!!!

A prominent lawyer friend of mine recently told me, in any argument, there is going to be 10% of the people who agree with your point of view and can't be swayed therefrom, 10% who disagree and will never be convinced otherwise, and 80% who can be educated and ultimately "pursuaded" to one side or the other. It is that 80% you need to direct your arguments to; because 10% are already "with" you and 10% never will be.

The US and Eurpoe have sent billions to the poor palestinians, only to be ripped off by their own "leaders". Who's fault is that? Should we be expected to line Arafat's pockets with more money? Should we give them money to subsidize the familes of homicide bombers?

I will say this though; I believe that the Saudis were a major player in 9/11, and sponsor terrorism worldwide, but the Bush Administration still "cozies up" to them! I don't like nor trust the current administration, but I am 100% behind our troops, and 100% behind the war against terrorism!!!

That's right, but I think it's closer to 1.3 billion, so that would make it 12-13 million scumbags who want to kill Americans and/or Jews just because they are Americans and/or Jews! Sounds like something that happenned in the 30s and 40s across Europe, doesn't it???
