He on pace for around 115 pitches for 9 innings. I don't know if Oz wants him to throw that many this early in the season though.

I guess the only time I was paying attention to Kirk is when he shot twice in a row in the fourth when we were protecting a 2 point lead. After that, he stopped shooting and Ben hit two straight runners. I would have rather had Ben make four in a row than have Kirk shoot. I guess I should look at the stats before I knock on Kirk from now on.

He left the game after banging knees with a Suns player. Must have been playing with the injury and just used that as a reason to leave.
