QUOTE(Steff @ Jan 31, 2005 -> 05:50 PM) Sounds good. You and spiff can't BOTH be wrong..... can you..? If he's agreeing with me, then he's probably right.

Saw Million Dollar Baby friday night, it's good stuff.
  4. Well what does it say when everyone's talking about being traded and they still go out and beat the Bulls?
  5. QUOTE(The Bones @ Jan 30, 2005 -> 01:46 AM) What's funny is that someone wasted their money on this s***. Umm...hello you lost. The decline of the Packers organization over the next couple years will be fun to watch. Yeah exactly, it might be something if they won. But the Vikings owned Green Bay so some shmuck (prolly the Packers org.) wasted money on a fight they can't win.
  6. Wow, this is sweet. I usually don't gloat but f*** everyone who got on the Celts' case and pretended like Chicago was soooo superior. f*** off. You've been brought down to earth.
  7. They're just kinda cool to have, sorta customized. I made this one a couple years ago for NCAA 2004
  8. QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ Jan 27, 2005 -> 10:59 PM) I disagree with you here. The Bulls, IMHO, are a heck of a lot better than the Celtics. The Bulls started 0-9 and since then are the hottest team in the NBA. The Celtics have been huvering around .500 all year. I have not watched Boston play this year outside of the games they have played against the Bulls. I don't really know how Allen plays so I won't chime in on that. Right now they are hot. It's a long season. They're two games apart in the standings.

It's awesome. Everyone professed to grow out of it, but it's still genius.
  10. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jan 27, 2005 -> 08:29 PM) This has nothing to do with the Bulls being better or me being high and mighty. I am telling the truth, Duhon is leading the offense of a playoff team as a rookie. That not getting him in is not what I have a problem with. I really like Tony Allen as a player, but I feel Chris Duhon is more deserving. Go ahead and b**** about AlJeff... I know AJ got hurt, I saw it happen. But that's beside the point.
  11. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jan 27, 2005 -> 08:19 PM) 3 starts??? Also, whoops my bad, I forgot to notice they were winning that laughing stock of a divison which the leader is 1 game worse than the 8 seed. What the f*** is your problem? The Bulls are two games better than Boston and all of a sudden you act all high and mighty? I guess this is what happens to fans of a team and a city that lately is only good at disappointing. Tony Allen IS starting now. He has worked his way into the starting rotation, and all you people saying otherwise are just proving you don't know s*** about him or the team, which gives your opinion no value. So don't sit there and tell me Tony Allen isn't one of the 12 best rookies in the league. The Bulls already have two players on the rookie team and you still continue to b****. You don't see me b****ing that Al Jefferson should be on the team. Who they picked is who they picked, f***ing deal with it. Of course Duhon is gonna have more starts and minutes, he has been playing for a consistently s***tier team. The Celtics actually have proven veterans. The Bulls are practically all rookies and second year players. But having watched a great deal of Celtics games I can tell you that putting Allen down due to pure numbers is short-sighted and ridiculous.
  12. "Allen is coming off the bench" wrong "for a team outside the playoffs." wrong
  13. Ask anyone who knows the NBA and is not totally f***in biased toward the Bulls if Chris Duhon should be on the team over Tony Allen, because this argument is beyond stupid.
  14. Allen is also a starter on a possible playoff team. :headshake
  15. "$4.99 for a four-pack of 10-ounce cans" Screw that. Even if I was gonna drink something that weak there's no way I'd pay 5 bucks for four 10 oz cans of them.
  16. I don't understand what's so bad about the first story.
  17. QUOTE(Spiff @ Jan 22, 2005 -> 01:35 AM) taken from Grounded Beef: How I Kicked the Hamburger Habit I wrote this in about five minutes, while hammered, at 1:30 this morning, in an attempt to keep the thread alive. I should have just found a f***ed up picture instead.

  19. I'm not at all surprised. This is a guy who's made a habit (and somehow, a career) out of not showing up.
  20. QUOTE(Steff @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 12:26 PM) Sorry Spiff.. I read that she reported it to the Canadian police when it happened and they waited to report it to the US officials. My bad.. It's no big deal, I didn't mean it as any kind of reprimand, more to clear up the facts for people who read the thread without reading the article.
