Sadly they do. But I don't see why not. The guy plays fantastic defense, is fast as hell, has good power, and draws walks. At worse he's going to be Mike Cameron. Best case he'll be a higher average Mike Cameron

Interesting. While I think Clement is a 7mill a year pitcher, this still is a good move for the Sox cause they do need another starter and another starter will really help them. Plus Clement gets strikeouts, is a groundball pitcher, and limits hits. He should have a little more upside, but we shall see. I do fear something happening to his arm. Had he not worn out over the end of the season he'd of gotten even more. Still, I tend to think the Angels are offering 3/27 and not 3/30. If it is in fact 3yr 30 mill then I think the Sox offseason would be over. I also like the idea of Perez at 3yr 22 but who knows if he gets that. There are two legit pitchers left on the market...Perez and Clement. The Dodgers, Angels, Indians, Blue Jays, and Red Sox are all interested in Clement along with the Sox. When Clement goes off the market (to whatever team) then it means all these teams or at least most shift there focus to Perez and his contract will go up as well. I thought if the Sox were going to Perez they would of had to of done it quickly and before Clement is off the market, but in the end I think both will get between 8-10 mill at this point. Someone will overpay for Perez simply because once Clement is off the market, he is by far the best pitcher available via free agency, imo. Millwood is worth it for a team wanting a one year deal, but he's not near as good at this point, while Milton is already asking 7 mill and is garbage compared to Perez.

Actually his defense and shock blocking has improved lately. But your right on rebounding. He seemed to really be playing with some fire in the 3rd quarter though.
-
3yr 27 mill would get Clement, imo. I think you could potentially get him with a 3 yr 24-25 mill deal soley cause he stays in Chicago. And of course 4yr 8 per season would do it, imo. Sounds like something is giong to happen quickly with him. I think we'll know tomorrow where he's going or at least leaning.

Sox have 10 mill right now available. That should be enough to get the two of them or at least pretty darn close.

They played another good game. Curry had a fantastic 3rd quarter. Looks like he's really gaining confidence, but didn't even play in the 4th quarter because the 2nd unit did so well. Skiles was ejected in the 1st half. Bulls looked really good though. Nocionni had a few steals and tons of hustle. Chandler did his thing, Gordon was good, Hinrich made some big shots. Great win The Bulls are really playing like a decent team as of late. They've had some tough losses but I'm finally thinking they are getting close. They could go back and prove me wrong, but they are actually playing decent against the Western Conference as well. I'm starting to think the team should stand pat on Chandler/Curry.

They could finish 4th if there entire rotation and lineup gets hurt, lol. But seriously RJ puts them over the top. But I think Perez and Pyrz give them a very very good team too.

See, this is his 3rd or 4th interview, if it were his first interview, then talking about his daughters Double D's would be wrong. Just wait till he gets a few more interviews under his belt.....
-
Here's the plan, you try, I jump in an rescue them and get them to buy the Sox. We take over the day to day operations of the team But Ashlee is HOTTTTT
-
I'm assuming he's refereeing to Jessica Simpson in the double d reference. But what kind of dad would say that. Just say I have two beautiful daughters who are talented or something.

After they made the trades.

Its not true, it all stems to health. I know Kenny and Kelly were on good terms when I was out there during spring training, which was mid March. Well whenever Crede's wife got hit with the foul ball.

Mr. Showtime and I have it on very good record that Wunsch was never healthy enough to pitch. One of the big shots in the minors mentioned it to us when Ian asked a question and I was told the same from many others within the organization. His arm didn't respond well and he was one of the reasons Charlotte was awful in the 2nd half of the season. The pen was usually so short cause him, Duncan and others could only pitch 1-2 times a week. Wish Kelly the best though, great guy.
-
Like Ian says, if he waits, the Sox are getting crap (if its a FA signing) for starting pitching.
-
Hell ya. I'd give it a B or B+ depending; Get Pyrz and Clement or Perez and its an A++++++
-
Probably Munoz. Remember the guy is still very young and was the best pitcher in the Southern League (statistically..arguably though) midway through the season. But I agree and I think the Sox can move any of them in part of a package in there next trade.

Not so Fast...Washington may not last

I think this is a more up to date article. -
Alright, its gonna take me some time. I don't have a clue where the hell I put the rosters now, lol. Thats what I get for cleaning my room. I will list my keepers though. Vladdy, Krod, Schilling, Pudge, Blalock Thats where mine stands right now. I may put Delgado on that list over someone.
-
It went as far to say he's even agreed to a contract and will sign it the day the season is cancelled.
-
Unless Marte or someone else is moved Adkins will be in Charlotte or (more likely) elsewhere, imo.
-
Wish ya the best Carlos
-
Well Spod may just be in left and I think Ozzie will listen to Rock.

I'm with ya Nuke. I hated watching the guy at the plate. It was strikeout or homer, that was it essentially. The guy had no idea what the count was or how to recognize a break pitching. The league finally figured it out last year and his average took an even bigger hit. Defensively he was eh. Was a lot better the past two years then he was the first two years with the Sox. Uribe is a better all around shortstop though and has lots of upside. I think we'll see .275, 28, 85 out of Juan this year. I think he's on the verge of breaking out, but this won't quite be that year. I think he has at least one 35 HR season in him, maybe even a 40 HR season as he matures.

Mac, Jurko, and Harry have been talking about the possibility of signing him. Its because they've gotten emails from people mentioning the name. But there are no sources to this
