  1. Sometime in the next few hours 2k4 will PRivate message you. WHen that happens you'll see 1 new message to the right of my controls which is to the far right of the area that says Logged in as : fattyguy78
  2. Reggie Williams. I rate him ahead of Clayton (Who I Think will go late 1st, early 2nd). They may also go with a dt to replace Sapp, assuming they lose him, but I think they'd go for a speed dt.
  3. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor..._len&id=1738866 Means the Bears will probably be about 20 mill under the cap give or take 1.5 mill. Of course this also means that the Packers have two million more to ensure that Clifton (the only realistic LT out there) will resign with the Packers. I think the Bears have targeted him, if he doesn't get re-signed. John Tait is also out there, but Shea has said he doesn't believe he is a left tackle. Also, Nat Dorsey came into the combine way out of shape (reportedly all flabby).
  4. I know quite a few people from the board are going to be heading out to Tuscon for Spring Training and I was curious to see when everyone is heading out. I'll be there from March 11th-14th. I'm going to see the Sox play the Angels in Tuscon on the 12th and see them play the Cubs in Mesa (Televised on WGN) on the 13th. I'm going to see a couple other teams when I'm out there.
  5. Ya Badger, in baseball there is no middle ground. They either side with the team or the player, they can't disagree with both and for example give Gagne 6 million. I'm assuming its something thats written into the CBA.
  6. I got to say the Pads won't be an option. Towers is very pleased with their outfield and unless Nevin or Klesko are moved they won't be adding any outfielders for a while. I'd say the Padres will add a starting pitcher or two next offseason, but position wise, like you said witesoxfan, they are very solid.
  7. It looks like your in league 4. That league is just getting off the ground and will probably be set up later today. Once that happens you'll get pm'd with the information (I'd guess either tonight or tomorrow morning/afternoon). I think it will be live, but since i'm not the commish of the league, I can't speak for sure, but I'm pretty sure all leagues have live drafts. If people can't make the drafts you can always sort your presets.
  8. The only thing I can think of is since they either pick 8 mill or 5 mill was that the arbitrator thought it would be fairer for him to make 5 then it would be to make 8, which would be a ton for a closer. I think if he asked for 7 mill or 6.5 mill, he would of won the case.
  9. Stupid questions piss me off. God do I hate it when your somewhere and someone asks like a million retarded questions and it keeps everyone else in the line waiting.
  10. Ok cool, I thought you were, but my mind is all blank...been doing so much accounting homework the past few days I'll also pm ya in a few
  11. I think he will resign with the Sox for somewhere between 11 and 12 mill a year. But I also think the Red Sox and Dodgers will make a run at him if he's a free agent, maybe even Baltimore.
  12. This list will be updated as people sign up and such. Also, will all the comissioners pm me so I can set you up as mods of this sub-forum. This way if you have any league announcements you can pin them here for a few days And you could also update a list of the playing field with whose actually registered in the league. If someone isn't listed in one of the leagues and is interested, please make a post in This Thread and we'll get you set up . If necessary, we'll create another league. 13. Since the turnout for the Fantasy Leagues has been so good, I figured it would be great to have a seperate forum for the fantasy baseball leagues. This way, all the league people can post players they are interested in moving, fantasy information, and of course a little bit of trash talking Remember when you make a new thread, in the description leave the league you are referring to (For example Fantasy League #1 or Weekly League) Anyway, hope everyone enjoys and best of luck to all the fantasy players.
  14. Well for the weekly league were going to count, singles doubles and triples and to make up for what we add in hitting, were going to count shutouts and complete games as added points.
  15. Their front court will push them through the east. Plus Rasheed with Wallace down low, damn, thats just nasty. Agreed though, they'll have to resign him. I'm assuming the guys Detroit dealt have ending contracts? This way the Hawks are just getting mroe ending contracts (Which is the real reason they acquired Rasheed) and they'll lose the two players they got but they need another first round pick. I'm assuming thats how the Hawks are looking at it. I know the reason they got Person and Rasheed was to cut all thier long term contracts and rebuild (cause things obviously weren't working). And Ratliff and Rahim had long term deals. The more I think of this, this does make sense from the Hawks perspective. They still get the same payroll flexibility but add a draft pick (Too bad they couldn't broker it into a 3 way deal where they got a better pick).
  16. Tremendous trade for the Pistons. TO me this could make them potential favorites in the Eastern Conference. And if Darko every comes along, they could have a very good front court. This all assumes that Brown can get Rasheed to play.
  17. If your in a computer lab, they are sharing the same network and would have the same IP addie, so if you moved you would still be banned. Now if they have seperate connections, thats a different story, although no computer lab does that. Any dialup IP randomly changes, everyone else has a static ip (Meaning it doesn't change).
  18. Thin Mints and the Peanut Butter ones...the samoas are damn good too.

    Jason...

Wow...I'm popular Steff, I'm going to pm you the code right now
  20. Right now mosto f hte leagues are filling up (Although there are still 2 openings in the weekly league) but I'm sure a few people that said they would sign up wouldn't and then we'll reorganize, but as long as people want to play, we'll create more leagues. Right now there are 4 daily leagues (3 12 team, 1 10 team) and one weekly league (!2 team league; I think 10 should be in it).
  21. Lousy Jocks, who do they think they are
