I'd say three of the very Top Prospects. He is a pitcher, which makes him more valuable then any of the guys the Sox acquired in trade. He also is younger and is the best pitcher in the AL (statistically speaking, although Halladay is damn good too). Mix that with the fact that he gets paid nothing this year and you have a cheap option (3.5 mill) on him next year, its a no brainer that the Sox could get a ton.

Heather I got a question. How long until you finally give up on Carlos Lee? The guy has one of the worse approaches at the plate (Next to Jose Valentin and Armando Rios) and while he has made some great catches defensively, those are catches that a good left fielder makes with ease (No need to dive for them). Last night that double over Carlos head would of been an out for a left fielder that gets good jumps. Carl Everett makes that catch. We know Everett can't play center anymore (I don't give a damn what Manuel says and how he needs to see him play a few more times out there; ugggh). Stick Everett in left and let Daubach DH. Daubach draws a ton of walks and is becoming one of my more favorite players cause he rarely gets himself out (Ie, stupid mistakes, swinging at balls, swinging for the fences). Take away the beginning of the season, you know, the part where Manuel never played Daubach, and Daubach is having a pretty damn good year. Why do the Sox have to keep playing guys that have half ass fundementals?

If the Sox aren't in the race at the end of July then I think there is a very good reason to move Loaiza. He could very well be a one year wonder and the value for him is incredibly high.

Agreed. He'll still get to play a full month of rookie ball (Thats if they sign him right after his season is over) and then next year he could be ready for a full season, who knows.

Damn now that you bring that up, yoru right I never ever see kids ride their bikes. Whether it was bikes or rollerblades in the summer that was my only mode of transportation and it worked just fine. Now that I drive I never even think about riding a bike, but it probably wouldn't be a bad thing. More exercise is never a bad thing.

Ya I probably play twice a week or so, depending on how much time I have. Usually I just use it to watch my family guy dvd or any other dvd.

Agreed Frank is nowhere near the player he once was. Now he's a good role player and when hot he can carry an offense, but nothing compared to the greatest hitter in MLB history (Young Frank). This may change if Pujols keeps hitting the crap out of the ball.

I think I was one of the first generations to grow up with video games and computers, but the big thing I notice is the younger generations aren't like my generation was. With us or at least my buddies we had video games and stuff but we'd do it when none of our buddies were around. Otherwise we would always be outside having water fights, playing baseball or soccer or some other sport or trying to build forts and crap. Now a days kids are like nah, I don't want to do that, I'd rather play football on a video game then in real life. I think its one of the biggest reason more and more people are an unhealthy weight. I don't buy into this, "Its McDonalds Fault" crap. No one said you had to eat it. I also don't really buy into the Tobacco companies getting sued for all this stuff. Only reason they would be sued is for those that were addicted at the point where the cigarette company knew it killed people but never told anyone. The people that start it now and know all the consequences, well its their fault if they die of lung cancer not the tobacco companies. They should also be sued for attempts at getting children to smoke.

You'll be buying them games and systems until you finally decide that you won't pay for them anymore. If they aren't yet, they will become more interested in girls then games.

Well Gash, all of those specs went right over my head. Only part I could understand is 48th fastest computer in the world (By Todays Standards). That part sounded pretty cool.

And hopefully a better DVD player. My PS2 is on its last limbs, so this new system couldn't come at a better time. I'm guessing this will be the last Madden on the system. They say that the PS2 is just experimenting with the online thing and that PS3 online is going to be unbelievable. I have no idea what they can do other then better graphics, better DVD player, better internet, better CPU, etc. I've had no problems with my DVD playon on the PS2..I've had mine since 2000...I never clean the thing or anything...it has major dust on the thing but it still is working...go figure...And bought it at K-Mart too Also, here's a little info about the PS3 http://www.ps3insider.com/modules.php?name...dware+Questions Well for me its was mainly me not knowing that I couldn't plug it into a VCR for about 3 years. Then about 4 months ago someone on this board mentioned you couldn't do it and finally I could actually use it as a DVD player. The only thing that doesn't work is the browser. Also in the past the fan stopped working and the system would shut down after 5 minutes but I solved that issue by beating the crap out of it and then fiddling with the fan. Fixed it like a charm

You think anorexia would stop the guys from swinging for the fences? I'm thinking we may of solved the Sox problems. Now all we have to do is convince JR to stop feeding them...and considering it would save him money, I like the odds

You know its funny...no talent ass clowns like myself would be willing to play 200% every game, yet these guys with all the talent in the world aren't. Why is it that so few players with all the skills ever play with full effort/energy.
