Lol, I don't even know where to find it. I think it takes 25 and you move up. I'm guessing somewhere there is a list on what the exact totals are. -
I think we all know how you feel BMR.
-
I'll get to work.

Sweet...glad to know your bro thinks we did well. Looking at his stats I think the same, but its always better when first hand people like a guy.
-
What the hell do they need an outfielder for and a washed up bum at that?

Dude, I'm out here in California and the Dodgers have continually said they won't move their pitching. Rogers or whoever wrote the column was more so offering their idea of who to get, not saying they are available. Mota is the one thats supposedly available. If the Dodgers were willing to give those guys up, they'd already have a bat by now.

Shoulder soreness. Its thought to be precautionary. I usually say it takes two years to recover from an arm injury, which would mean next year is when Rauch will be back in full form. I'd actually say he's done pretty well coming back, considering that to me a labrum injury is worse then Tommy John.

Myette went to Texas in the deal and then I think he went to Cleveland. I'm assuming he's still there in the minors. Mike is the game over? I think Ritchie is working a lot of things with Joe's swing and its a big reason for his huge slump since Ritchie went up there. The first week or so Ritchie watched ,now he's making some serious adjustments. I could really so Joe busting out around August (Right when I'm there ).

Welcome aboard. While I was a huge Jimenez fan Alomar is a big time upgrade. The guy is a great leadoff hitter, can bunt (Dlo couldnt' do that), plus he is unbelievable defensively. How often can Sox fans say they have the best defensive player at a certain position. One of the best things about having a good farm system is that you can move that talent to help put a team on top. Thats what Williams did with those moves and I only hope that he has one more move on the way that will bring the Sox a good starter and reliever using Carlos or PK as trade bait.

Same thing happened with me. I think the most impressive thing about Cotts is he flat out makes guys miss. His big goals have to be to better his control and with that he'll cover his other flaw working deeper into games.

The good news is Rauch is bringing back his slider and it won't take too long until he has that harnessed. For those of you that don't know it, his slider was rated right there with his curveball according to many scouts and from what I saw of him, I really liked his curveball. If he can have two different offspeed type pitches (Curve/Change) and his slider and fastball working then he'll be a whole new pitcher. I won't give up on Rauch. He has pretty solid control and I liked what I saw from him last year. I can only hope he gains about 2-3 MPH on his fastball cause right now he's in the high 80's. I think a few more MPH would be a great benefit for him as it would give all of his pitches good pace, plus he could vary the heater between those points which is always nice.

Nice...I'll worry soley about the Sox. They do their part and I could give a damn about Minny and KC cause they don't have the team the Sox have. Sox should have the best offense in the division and the best pitching staff. Twins have the best bullpen, but if the Sox do my proposed trade, then I'd call the pens a wash (Especially after Wright proves himself; I have no doubt Wright can pitch, whether starter or reliever).
-
I could take that. I'd call them both washes. Hawkins is filthy in relief. Never could make it as a starter, but he's another case of a starter with great stuff that couldn't last so before it was too late they turned him into a reliever and he's one of the best there is. I'd rather face Everday Eddie then Latroy.

I'd say Damaso Marte has a slight chance at getting in. You know Scioscia will pick Donnelly and he deserves it. If they take a 2nd set up man, it has to be Damaso.
-
probably not the stomach - but that would be off topic thread - so outscored Tampa Bay 16-10 and win only 1 - damn too bad we couldn't take four runs today and then add two to Friday and two to saturday's scores Ya Ya Ya, lets get all scientific here

Selected in the 16th round of the 2001 draft. He's only 19 years old and played last season with the Arizona White Sox. Last seasons numbers: .217 AVG, 5 HR, 17 RBI, 19 BB, 54 K, 7 SB

Had the day off.

I would demand Perez not Ashby, but I don't think they would do it. I do like Ashby though. He makes a ton of money though and I don't know if the Dodgers will give up a starter and a reliever for someone like Carlos.

Good old senility. Damn, I'm already going senile at 20

I agree Plus when was the last time these guys pitched. Glover pitched last in 1982 I think, and Sanders the year before that - or that is how it seems - we've been playing with a 23 player roster Damn, I was in my mamas stomach then
-
The flaw is that Lee isn't really rumored in many trades as of late. But I do think they are shopping him and Konerko.
-
Sanders isn't a great prospect, but he's a solid one. Put up magnificient numbers in the minors and is one of the best lefty relievers we had down there. Ring and Munoz were the best. Ring was traded and Munoz has been struggling as of late. Sanders should turn into something pretty decent.

Everett and Alomar have reached base every game

Let me also say if they'd rather have Konerko over Lee, then thats fine too. Lee would just have to be happy playing DH more often then not. As long as we keep one of the righty bats between the two of them.
