Won't happen. MLB has pretty much gone the way of making sure the guys go into the hall with the teams they are most known for playing with and we all know for Thome, that is the Indians. And there is no way that MLB has told Jimmy at this point (years away from being in the HOF) what hat he'll be wearing.

I think he's ready to be a solid enough rookie #5 starter. I thought I was going to see him today at Angel stadium in the Futures Game. We still have another move. Even JR admitted the Bulls have to get a shoot guard. I wonder if they'll pull of a Jason Richardson or something to that degree. Or are we going to go a Raja Bell? If we could get a quality 2 guard we could be a lot better than everyone thinks.
