If you're going to call me a YankMee, at least get it right!

I might be offended by what you said (here's the public note) but hey, if that's what you believe, I will respectfully disagree, tell you that I hope that you can learn what's truth vs. non-truth, and hope that in the end you can see it. But "it" is your definition of truth. (I know you weren't talking to me specifically but my point is c'mon people, Brando said his piece just like any of the rest of you on any subject and to hide behind it makes you pretty shallow).

Why do I think that Jacque Black Chirac is going to end up in South Florida? At least there he has a goalie and nothing else!

The UN did that? You're kidding? Where did the UN come from? So who really granted Isreal statehood?

Portland's Randolph wins NBA Most Improved Player award April 22, 2004 NEW YORK (AP) -- Portland Trail Blazers forward Zach Randolph won the NBA Most Improved Player award Thursday after more than doubling his averages for points, rebounds and assists. He easily beat Cleveland Cavaliers forward Carlos Boozer in voting by sports writers and broadcasters, with 59 first-place votes and 379 points. Boozer got 12 first-place votes and 166 points, followed by Memphis Grizzlies forward James Posey with 17 first-place votes and 137 points. Randolph averaged 20.1 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists for the revamped Blazers, who went 41-41 to finish 10th in the Western Conference, two spots out of the playoffs. Last season, his second in the league, Randolph averaged 8.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists

Yea and the interesting part is Kung Jou Poo II (North Korea's leader) was there a couple of hours before that happened. Could you imagine if he were still there? (It's Bush's fault!)

You know what I see the difference was? Line changes and home ice. Granato outcoached the hell out of Tippett. I could give you stats up the ying-yang about why Colorado did indeed whip the snot out of Dallas, but I won't bore you. Suffice it to say, though, Colorado was definitely the better team - that much we agree on. Here's to Round 2!!

And your audience in this case is not just one person. Good conversation, don't withdrawl from it because you feel like you're not reaching one person.

Are you kidding me? Dallas was cream-puff city. Colorado made them look sad all the way around and played VERY well in the series.

I was cool with MTL until all the *cough cough I'M INJURED" crap happened. That's about as low as it gets.

Well, 6 for 8 is not bad. Missed BOS (who would have thought that after being up 3-1) and DAL. Dallas just SUCKED. On to the conference semis: Western Conf: Calgary/Detroit: Which Detroit shows up? That's the big question. Calgary is on a tear - I like their style, their tenacity. Detroit thinks they have to just show up to win half the time. CGY in 6 in an upset. Colorado/San Jose: Where's the love for San Jose? Perhaps the quietest first round matchup and they kept going right where they left off as division champs. Colorado just dominated the Stars but frankly, the Stars just didn't show up. They will have a tough time vs. San Jose. COL wins the series in 6. Eastern Conf: Toronto/Philly: This one's going to be fiesty. Philly looked good vs. NJ, but right now I gotta like Eddie and the Leafs. Ask Coach Hitchcock about Ed Belfour in the playoffs... Leafs in 6. Montreal/Tampa: This ought to be a pretty good series. Tampa has a dangerous game one situation after having a few days off. Still like their team play over Montreal, however. And frankly after the crap I saw in round one I can't pick MTL (bunch of whiney ass fakin' POS). TPA in 6.

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE IS IT?!?!?!?!?!?!!! Oh, it's right there...

Without diveristy, we would have no way to educate ourselves. Differentiation (if that's a word) is VERY important to learn more about what it means to seek out the truth.

Y'all are going to hell.

This verse causes more consternation in the world then any other verse in the Bible, IMO. Mohammad did not say this. Buddists don't say this. Hindus don't have anyone saying this. Only in Christianity is this verse found. Hence, why it's so controversial. But that verse, is so key to everything we do if we're Christians. It's what sets us apart. We, as Christians, should make this verse the one that we spread the faith. Not be bible thumpers, but this leading our life as the example set forth. Bible Thumpers ain't cool. (So I know I'm inviting other beliefs to challenge this by making these kinds of statements. And yes, everyone has their opinion and I have mine. Not trying to start stuff or shove anything down anyone's throat, just stating my opinion!!)

I'm not sure if it's on American TV or not, and if it's not that is a travesty. And they wonder why the fan base won't grow? HELLO!?!?!?!???!!! This is pure sports entertainment - everything in the balance, no preset plays, etc. This is why hockey IMO is better then any other sport. I like my baseball, but hockey's not called the coolest game on earth for nothing!
