  1. If Bagent had Fields arm strength you could actually see a starter in the NFL. But alas.
  2. Jaquan Brisker has had a hell of a game. Kid has been everywhere.
  3. Yea it's very below average. I like that he gets the ball out quick, he's accurate and it seems he processes the field quickly. But man does he have a muffin of an arm.
  4. Bears desperately need a DE, OT, WR, FS (Eddie Jackson is all but gone) and now probably a QB. Just still so many holes. Probably another 2 years or so. The good news is they SHOULD at least get 2 blue chip prospects this draft. But they need ALOT of help still.
  5. Bagent is accurate as f***, but he does not have a strong arm. He likes Tyler Scott as a receiver though.
  6. Looks like Fields hurt his wrist. Might be Tyson Bagent time.
  7. Phillies is my early World Series favorite at this point. I think they can beat Astros or Rangers. As much as I like the DBacks I'd be surprised if they beat Philly.

  9. Absolutely fitting Bedard scores and Eddie O is in the booth for it.
  10. The Connor Bedard era starts off with a dub!
  11. I... I just can't root for them. Is it possible both teams lose?
  12. Good riddance to that bum. One of the worst Bears WR I've ever seen. Not because of talent, there hasn't many that have come across as talented as Claypool. Not because of not catching the ball consistently because there have been much worse WR that have come across worse than Claypool. But there's not a single receiver past or present that was those things plus lazy, plus gives up on plays, plus was entitled like Claypool was.
  13. So happy the Bears won with Butkus passing away. Kind of a nice dedication to him.
  14. The Moore trade or the Claypool trade? Cuz both apply in that instance (good wise and sarcasm wise).
  15. Tim is too much of a distraction and part of the problem in that clubhouse. The sooner the White Sox part ways with him, the better.
  16. https://www.sportsmockery.com/chicago-bears/dont-look-now-but-darnell-wright-quietly-ranks-among-nfls-best/ It's still very early but Poles so far has been the anti Ryan Pace. Hit on his 1st round pick and whiffed on the later picks (Pace was the opposite). But I might rather have Poles hit on the 1st rounders and miss on the rest of the draft class. Those are the blue chippers.
  17. Friendly reminder that both he could have been set up and he could have sexually assaulted her. The court saying they have no findings doesn’t prove it didn’t happen. And Trevor Bauer is still the asshole he was before and after this. My personal thoughts. No matter what happened, this gives the already poor regard of women speaking up about sexual assaults or any kind of non-consensual acts. So many women, and men, experience this kinda of trauma in their lives. 1 out of every 6 woman in America is sexually assaulted. It saddens me to imagine how much of an impact it really is. It’s also sad that the most public and mainstream media allegations are the extremely murky ones like Bauers. All I hope for is that people can be on the helpful side of such history. Advocating and standing up for women’s protection. Teaching our sons how to respect women (which I believe fathers in this discord have done a good job of from my understanding). I wish I could say it’s a happy moment that some of this truth has come out, but I don’t think any of us should feel good about anything about this Bauer situation. And yes, this hits close to home for me.
  18. Don't really care who plays SS (other than Anderson I want him gone at this point). They are gonna be a place holder till Colson arrives. The team won't be good next year anyways.
  19. They weren't suppose to compete this year either. Everyone knew this team was still a year or two away. But most were banking on Fields to take the next step, the young players to all play well and to FINALLY get over that hump and beat the Packers. So far none of those things have happened.
  20. One of the better posts you'll see on this site. Honestly I hate to say it but the only way this team can bring in legitimate young talent (that is close to MLB ready at that) is to trade away Luis Robert and get a haul back in a rich farm system. Dylan Cease as well depending on if his value isn't too tanked. It's a shame the Cease to the Orioles rumors didn't come to fruition. I wonder how many of those young outfielders they would've got back from it.
