  1. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 11:49 PM) Good, but I won't get excited about him until he is doing things like this in AA. Well he is only I think 19 so thats actually good for the league he's in cause he's young for the league, but I of course doubt he's really 19. Heres Great Falls boxscore since it wasn't posted.. http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/st...grfrok_helrok_1 The guy I'm starting to like on GF is Randall Thorpe if he can start hitting for average. Great discipline for the kid in the league.
  2. QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Jul 9, 2010 -> 12:44 AM) We need a SG. . . somebody call MJ. We need 2.. Give me a Morrow/Redick/Korver/maybe Mason type sniper and a Brewer type defender and I'll be happy. Looks like Deng, Johnson, etc.. are safe from trades. (and Deng better be a 3rd option, not a 2nd Thibs) Rose ------- Deng Boozer Noah Gibson Johnson -------- Law? or -------- Asik Not bad. Possible top 3-4 team in the East.
  3. Annnnd it begins! Radio. "Let me put this is your responce... you went from a 18 year old kid to a 25 year old WOman, then you say you like a challenge but join 2 superstars?! Gimme a f***ing break, you lost your cahonas tonight and you know it LeBrenda no disrespect to the woman out there."
  4. I would also like to say congratulations to the 4 people who were right when they picked the Miami Heat in the poll.
  5. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 11:17 PM) HE'S NOT GOING TO MIAMI :lolhitting
  6. QUOTE (aprec32 @ Jul 9, 2010 -> 12:11 AM) Yeah, Kobe is now going to be a hero to many. I'm very perplexed right now. I hate Kobe but what these 3 did isn't right. They are taking the easy way. Who do I root for? If Kobe's team meets that team in the NBA finals and he somehow beats them... you know he will be heavily thrown around with Jordan as the GOAT alot with this crazy media.
  7. They did what they had to do all along. Beasley had to go, and they got needed space. Pat Riley and company are looking like gods right now.
  8. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 11:03 PM) Ace You cant just give up if your the Bulls. They may not have the star power, but a solid team with a great system can win 4 out of 7 games. There will be a huge bulleye on the Heat, they will get the other teams A game every night. Well see what happens. I was obviously posting in hyperbole. I did post a few minutes prior for the Bulls to get a SG and a sniper and depth on the bench. I like our team alot actually, so we'll see what Gar/Pax does.
  9. Mo Williams... now the second best player on that team behind Jamison... Yikes.
  10. QUOTE (lostfan @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 10:58 PM) Does anybody remember D-Wade's post a few days ago on Twitter that said "I'mma start a website called what little do they know.com"? Seriously Wade, go f*** yourself for that. Ya he said afterwards l2ms. Heads was the one who cracked that code a week ago. Anyone see Mo Williams tweet?
  11. "I hope there's people, outside of Cleveland fans, that are on Dan Gilbert's side" I'm sure there are many.
  12. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 11:50 PM) So there are a few places reporting that Mike Miller will sign a 5 year 30 million dollar deal with Miami. LeBron/Wade/Miller/Bosh/Shaq (if he signs for the minimum as rumored). Wow just wow. At this rate no one should even try, except the Lakers (maybe Boston), to challenge that team.
  13. Dan Lebatard, Chris Broussard, (though I always liked Broussard, has some of the best sources on ESPN) Stephen A. Smith (and yes I hate Leba-retard and screamin A. ain't that great, cept his cheese doodles) look like geniuses.
  14. Cleveland radio guys: "If he had gone to Chicago, he'd have been the #1 guy. If he had gone to New Jersey, he'd have been the #1 guy. If he had gone to New York, he'd DEFINITELY be the #1 guy. If he had gone to the Clippers, he'd have been the #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5 guy. If he had gone to Cleveland, of course he'd have still been the #1 guy. This though.. I nor anyone can't even stomach." They are shocked that if he had to leave, why didn't he choose Chicago.
  15. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 11:13 PM) l2ms lebron to miami soon. My sources had told me that. Not that I have to stroke your ego anymore, but outstanding call there and I'll give you props once again on it.
  16. Ryan Hamme 2-4, HR, RBI, R, K in Kanny debut. Heidenreich solid for Bristol.
  17. Get yourself a SG Bulls. Get yourself a SG and depth. BTW, he is getting ripped that he did not apologize once.... ever.
  18. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 10:52 PM) And there's the cap space they'll need to sign 2 more role players in addition to their minimum guys. Yea it is just much of a win for Miami. They can now add a PG or a SF. (what Riley wants to do with James is up to him)
  19. I like what one fan said "he basically said Dwayne Wade is better than him, so he is going to play with him."
  20. I'm out till 10:30. This is bulls***... please Bulls, Lakers, Celtics (I can't believe I'm rooting for them) Magic, Thunder, ANYONE beat the Heat and deny them a title forever.
  21. I gotta say, I want to hear if passing on Wade to gamble on LeBron really is true. Paxson and the others should be fired on the spot if true.
  22. Pat Riley is a friggin genius. I bet being a PG sold LeBron. He'll have the ball in his hands more-so than the others and even though he'll score less, he'll still get his. I expect his assist to be in the 10-12 range next season and his rebounds to go up. Might have a Robertson like season of an average triple-double. 20-10-12 or something like that.
  23. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 8, 2010 -> 07:45 PM) Hamilton makes $37 million for the next 3 years, the last year isn't guaranteed though. With Wade's team, the big 3 and Kobe's team.. it is not like the window is so big even with the young players we got. But all in all, this means Deng is still here (ugh...) but now we can soly focus on a SG. I guess I'm glad Kirk is gone at least.
  24. I actually really like Zoom's idea of trading for Rip Hamilton actually. No he's not the ideal 3 point sniper, but basically a 2 point version of Ray Allen who comes off screens and back screens and shoots at an efficient rate. Add defense to the equation and you got a good player to pair with Rose and sign a sniper for the bench that a team can't match his RFA rights (in other words.. overpay a bit) like Morrow or Redick. I think the Bulls should really look into this.
  25. And yes... Bulls bombed their interview according to reports.
