  1. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 10, 2013 -> 07:40 AM) Me too...today was just exceptional. Once in a couple years awful. All their fault too. There's all sorts of server issues where I work (I am not responsible for them). Because of the issues, one of the secretaries lost a TON of important data when i upgraded her computer to Win7.
  2. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 10, 2013 -> 08:08 AM) This made me giggle. I keep envisioning Watson on Jeopardy... "Alex, Your wife tastes like honey-nut cheerios"
  3. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 07:32 PM) Just to sum up my day, I'd like to say...f*** you Microsoft. I say that pretty much daily at my job.
  4. IBM's Watson computer accidentally learned how to swear
  5. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 04:06 PM) Oddly enough, now it appears the Maloofs rejected the offer? The Sonics just died again. Where did you see that? I havent seen it anywhere.
  6. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 02:04 PM) So Carmelos wife tastes like honey-nut cheerios? she could taste a lot worse. I mean, my wife aint bad, but honey-nut cheerios are pretty good!
  7. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 01:32 PM) As part of the deal to allow Bennett to steal away the team a couple years early (they still had a contractual lease on Key Arena), the city of Seattle retained rights to the name Supersonics, the colors, the logo and they agreed to "share" the franchise history up until that point. I'm totally ok with name, the colors, the logo. Sharing "history" just gets my panties in a bundle, and i dont have any! You cant just "leave" history behind. History is linear. you cant have a history that pre-dates your existence! If I change my name, someone cant change their name to my old name and be magically married ot my wife and have claim over my children.
  8. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 01:28 PM) By ceases to exist I mean that it now enters limbo like the Sonic's history did. The Thunder left their records behind?
  9. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 01:24 PM) So, now the Kings history ceases to exist. I doubt that will happen. Dont get me on my soapbox about the whole Browns-Ravens-Cleveland thing. That just pisses me off.
  10. I am officially nominating Clint Eastwood to speak to the 2013 Baseball Hall of Fame inductees. #emptychair
  11. @ESPNChiCubs With Bonds and Clemens getting over 30% and Sosa only 12.5% speaks to thier careers before PED's became popular
  12. @WojYahooNBA The Maloofs are finalizing an agreement to sell the Sacramento Kings to the Hansen-Ballmer led Seattle group, sources tell Yahoo! Sports. @WojYahooNBA The deal will sell the Kings for approximately $500 million, with the Seattle group seeking relocation to Key Arena for the 2013-'14 season.
  13. @danpompei Add Dave Toub to the list of candidates who have interviewed for Bears HC.
  14. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Jan 7, 2013 -> 09:05 AM) What did Bears fans think when Cutler sat out in the playoff game, when he was injured? I had no problem with it. Did anyone see these Tweets from Cameron Worrell?? Prior to the game- @KillaCamWorrell: Dear Jay Cutler, this is how you play in the playoffs through a knee injury. Signed, RG3. After the injury- @KillaCamWorrell: RG3's play has certainly declined since I gave him props for playin hurt. But.... @KillaCamWorrell: I've torn my meniscus in the 1st quarter and finished the game. Dislocated my shoulder twice and finished the game... @KillaCamWorrell: Totally separated my AC joint and broke a piece of my collarbone off and played six more games. All needed surgery. ‏@KillaCamWorrell: That's why I tweeted about Cutler not finishing. Only thing that forced me to not finish a game was a torn ACL and a torn ankle ligament
  15. Shanahan is an idiot. RGIII was clearly injured and barely able to walk. This is not the first time he's done something like this. Mully was saying this morning that Shanahan put Tyrell Davis into a game even though he had a migraine that was blinding him. Shanahan wanted to use Davis as a diversion is a play action.
  16. Rex Ryan has a tattoo of his wife wearing only a Mark Sanchez jersey
  17. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jan 4, 2013 -> 10:13 AM) Better use the pick on a QB. None of the QBs really excite me with the #1 pick. Side note: remember when Matt Barkley would have been a top 5 pick last year and now some dont have him in the first round. OUCH!
  18. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 3, 2013 -> 06:21 PM) That makes me tingle
  19. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Jan 4, 2013 -> 08:50 AM) The bolded... that is something I've never heard. You disliked Unbreakable, but liked The Village? Yea, I really loved The Village. Something about it draws me in, although, I figured out the "twist" part of the way in. Unbreakable, I should probably watch it again. i dont really remember being drawn into it. But, maybe it's just a distant memory and I need to see it again.
  20. Loved: The Sixth Sense Signs The Village Disliked: Unbreakable The Happening (holy crap this one sucked) Didn't even watch: The Last Airbender Lady in the Water Overall I REALLY REALLY loved Signs and The Village.
