  10. Tall, lanky lefty power HS SS. May end up at 3B eventually. "Montgomery thought basketball would be his future when he began his high school career, and while he's the leading scorer in Southridge HS (Huntingburg, Ind.) history, he has more upside in baseball. He made continued improvement on the showcase circuit during the summer, finished with a strong performance at the World Wood Bat Association World Championship in October and powered Southridge to its first state 3-A championship this spring. He'll turn 19 five months before the Draft, which hurts him with teams that focus on age, but he's also one of the more physical athletes in the prep position player crop. Montgomery has a good left-handed swing that should allow him to hit for average and power. He's most effective when he uses the entire field rather than trying to pull pitches out of the park, and his approach got more consistent throughout the summer. His frame resembles Corey Seager's at the same stage of their careers and he has the strength and bat speed to develop similar pop. Though he plays shortstop in high school, Montgomery has fringy speed and figures to outgrow the position once he fills out his 6-foot-4 frame. He moves well for his size and should become at least an average defender with a solid arm at the hot corner. If he attends college at Indiana, he'll be eligible for the 2023 Draft."

  12. Middle relief. Shows well at times, but not as overpowering as he was in '20.

  20. Adam Dunn. He barely batten .200 and struck out a bunch before joined the team. What else was he going to do on the Sox?
  21. I made this today's thread because it was the easiest way.
  22. You think Cincy would trade Tyler Naquin for prospects? They have an outfield glut right now and could probably use the pitching help.
