Greg Walker going away. Bad hitters were his fault. Good hitters, nothing to do with him

This is a really good nomination. Greg Walker may be the all time whipping boy.

Omit Timo

Management: Ricky Renteria

Players: Yoan Moncada

Admittedly small sample size (joined Sept 2020).

Jon Garland

Dayan Viciedo or Avi Garcia

Somebody mentioned Alex Rios in the game thread. Definitely a good choice, since he was actually solid. Rios is definitely the all-time @greg775 whipping boy.

Avi Garcia is a good one. One of my favorites was Tyler Flowers.

I mean the Dunn stuff was insufferable

Good call.  I remember people often calling him Judy when he had a bad outing.

A few others that I remember getting roasted regularly were D'Angelo Jiminez, E6 Jose Valentin, Javy Vasquez.

Jimenez was actually terrible though

That’s a good one. I still think it’s Beckham.

LOL, that's hilarious. I wasn't around back then, but didn't people also call Jermaine Dye either Princess Dye or Jermaine Died when he had bad games?

Haha, I definitely remember some Princess Dye comments.

Owens and Beckham(2010 and later) were actually terrible.

Rob Mackowiak used to get a lot of shit as did Linebrink.

Dotel was actually decent but picked the worst time to give up HRs.

Lift and pull…or was it pull and lift?  Corpseball, etc.

Javy was worth 4.7, 4.8 and 4.8 fWAR in his 3 seasons with the White Sox. It's crazy to see that. I remember him as the ultimate choke artist.

Dotel wasn’t exactly a favorite, either.

Billy Koch?  Too early in ST history?
