Stanford usually wins the President's Trophy every year for overall athletic achievement. I would say Michigan, UCLA, Texas, Miami (FL), Notre Dame, Ohio St., Maryland, Syracuse, Connecticut and Georgia are all up there in the higher levels of quality overall athletics programs.
