  1. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Nov 11, 2007 -> 01:55 PM) Ha! Ill give them Josh, Gio, Jerry, Nick and David. Go ahead take the whole bunch of them. Hell, I'd trade them 'RockRaines' if it would help. Throw in a 'witesoxfan' for good measure.
  2. My Podsednik one seems to like wearing my sister's Barbie clothes for some reason.
  3. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 06:32 PM) The BCS is just f'd this year. F' DA BCS!
  4. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 04:35 PM) Iowa State just three wins away from bowl eligibility. Down 21-0, 31 straight points. 31-28 win. I love you, Gene. Man, Heads... You guys are killing you #1 draft pick chances. Oh, right.
  5. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 03:57 PM) There's some sort of a "Death ray" joke here that I just can't put together... Someone asked about the Rays' execution on the field. Most were in favor of it... with a death ray.
  6. They should hire Ray Romano as their mascot.
  7. QUOTE(Reddy @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 02:01 PM) are you kidding me? when i see the hat i just think Tuberculosis. TB Rays ... CATCH THE FEVER!
  8. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 12:14 PM) I guess the bay of Tampa feels not included then. Hate to upset a body of water, y'know.

  10. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 12:06 PM) I'd look at the stats again, my friend. So, right-handers are Ty Cobb off of him. Like that matters.
  11. Why not Tampa Rays? Tampa Bay sounds just...stupid.
  12. I believe that Logan's starting to grow past the LOOGy label.

    I'm there now.
  14. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Nov 9, 2007 -> 04:19 PM) Look, I make a lot of dumb arguments, I'm wrong a lot, and quite frankly I'm often an idiot. But the people who can possibly see this group of players winning a title, I honesty have no idea what games they watch. The fact this team is as good as they are every year is a testament to Skiles coaching skill over an 82 game season and the character of the players, but talent wins championships and the Bulls are nowhere near having enough of it.
  15. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 04:40 AM) I would just stalk them And, THAT'S why you're kept in the Dakotas. Where you can't hurt anyone else.
  16. Hey. They made gum on Futurama like that.
  17. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Nov 10, 2007 -> 02:21 AM) Bah -- I'm getting old. Soon I'll be all like, "Back in my day, we had to walk up to the TV to change the channels. But now...!" (that statement isn't true, btw). I had to do that. We had a giant oak paneled TV with huge channel dials you changed by hand. We sat so close as kids (to change the channel) that my folks worried about our eyesight. We also only had 5 TV stations, from 1976 to 1983, til we got a cable box. Then, we had reach on top of the TV to find cable stations to click. Needless to say, I grew up on PBS.

  19. QUOTE(buckweaver @ Nov 9, 2007 -> 01:02 PM) I've heard they are close to signing him but his agent is balking at what his agent's calling the "Cheeto's Clause" that Kenny wants to include in the contract. It reads something like, "If Mr. Colon (hereafter referred to as "Fat Ass") is found during the season (meaning: from the date pitchers and catchers report to spring training until the last day of the World Series) consuming, inhaling or even touching a product made by the Frito-Lay or Hostess companies, the entire amount of his salary for that year (minus the cost of the product in question) must be donated to a charitable organization whose mission it is to fight obesity among major league pitchers and/or American children. I knowww what website someone came frommmm...
  20. Desperate move by the Twins. Crede's a better option.
  21. Johnson resigned long ago. He's probably too slow to re-sign though.
  22. Does Andruw Jones know about this?
  23. QUOTE(bmags @ Nov 9, 2007 -> 12:20 PM) wow, i had no idea soriano was so old. How old was he when he broke with the yankees? He actually played in Japan before the Yankees. He signed at 22 with the Yankees.
