Barry Lamar Bonds
QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 4, 2007 -> 11:26 PM) I'm at a hotel right now, and they don't have ESPN2. I didn't think I could hate extreme sports more than I already did.....but I do now. ESPN.com has it.

Barry Lamar Bonds
Bonds is the most prolific (highest HR production) mlb power hitter who has ever played. He played within the rules of major league baseball as they were at the time. There was no drug policy and anything he may or may have not done was fully legal under mlb rules at the time it happened. Same with everyone else in the "HGH/Steroid" era. If he gets the record, big deal. Alex Rodriguez will pass him in 7 years anyway.

Just got back from Bourne Ultimatum. It has one of the most suspenseful scenes I've seen in an action movie in quite awhile. I recommend it highly.

QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Aug 3, 2007 -> 11:23 AM) No way that the Nationals/Pirates have that many fans. Athletics have a smaller base than the Giants. Reds area bigger than the Indians is a joke. The Sox have a decent fan area in northern Indiana, Alabama and North Carolina.

Bourne Ultimatum given 4 stars by USA Today. "(E)asily the best action thriller of the year." http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/review...ultimatum_N.htm Claudia Puig knows her stuff and doesn't give reviews like this to just anyone.

QUOTE(Brian @ Jul 31, 2007 -> 11:19 PM) Why is the Brewer thread closed in Diamond Club? Nights like this it would be useful. Because SoxFan1 touches himself at night.- 2007 Flying Under the Radar
Interesting to note: In Queen's "We Will Rock You" video, the bass player's wearing what appears to be a Chicago Blackhawks jacket.- 2007 Post ASB MLB Catch-All Thread
