Why did they have to kill Optimus Prime in Transformers: The Movie? It's been over 20 years and I still cry like a girl when I see it.

I've pretty much religiously followed our minor leagues for the last five years. I've barely acknowledged them so far this year. We've basically got nothin' right now. Most of the guys doing anything of note are all at the lower levels. I don't even consider a player a true prospect until they start producing at High A. Scenario, you seem like our resident minor league guy this year. Besides guys like Broadway and Poreda, who the hell else is worth following right now?

I don't like making a change just to make a change. Or as some like to say "send a message to the players." If there's a guy out there that they legitimately think can help turn this offense around and he's available, go for it. If not, these dumbass hitters will just have to snap out of it on their own. And with June right around the corner, I'm not so sure that's possible. I'll continue to believe, though.

Is Masset's fastaball really reaching 93? Gameday must be messed up. I've never seen him throw that hard. I guess it doesn't matter when you're walking guys.

I'm following the game on Gameday. Has Weaver's change been that good? Or do our hitters just suck? I'm assuming it's the latter?

Balta, I know we're coming off an 8-game winning streak. But I'm looking at the big picture. We will not get away with such an inept offense over the long haul. You don't even see signs of guys like Swisher/Thome breaking out.

So sad that with this division so there for the taking that we have an inept offense holding us back. Let's just hope nobody from our division gets hot.

I knew somebody was going to make a Pods Joke. But for real, they figured to be one of the more explosive offenses in the game (I obviously thought so. I drafted three of them in my Soxtalk fantasy league).

Can somebody explain to me the disaster that has been the Colorado Rockies' offense? Four runs is basically an explosion for them.
