The thought of Cora makes me want to :puke Just something about giving over 2 mil for the slower version of what we already have makes me a little nausous.

Yes to AJ... No to the Japanese guy... KW needs to offer AJ at least the 3.5 mil he got last season. As for Iguchi I don't know where he gets off trying to hold out for 7 mil a year. I think KW is smart to let him go if he goes too high.

I expected the Cards to do alot better then this... I can only think that he is just a backup. Then again they did bring Tony Womacks career out of the toliet...

I don't know about you guys but I don't think he would of ever became a closer if he stayed here. I bet he would of just failed as a starter, we would of deemed he sucked, and would have just sent him on his way.

This has been my point for weeks... Cora is just Willie Harris three years from now. The only difference is less speed and range. I'm not sold on his better with the bat theory as he still hasn't put up really good offensive years back to back. Considering he would cost at least a couple million more then Harris I'd rather have Harris in the 9 hole. That being said I want this team to get Cairo and a catcher.

He sure as heck doesn't go as overboard about either the Bears or Cubs as he does on the Bulls or Sox. Screw him and no one will miss him.

I hope so. I agree with the whole weird thing. I just hope things become back to normal soon. I like this place.

I never said I hated the guy. I just don't like the fact he's trying to command so much money when he hasn't proven anything at the big league level.
