Fasting is good for you. We are just so normalized to the 3 meals a day our bodies can't take it. In the book eat to live it suggests eating one meal every 2 days. I wouldn't go to that extreme in this world since our nutrition nowadays is 1/4 of what it used to be, but I'd consider fasting once a month / once a week / once every 4 months or so.

I feel that is of highest importance for TNA right now. Their future will be determined within these 1-3 months. With wrestlemania on the horizon WWE will be going strong, TNA needs to get their storylines together, formed, and get some emotion into it. They have wrestling for sure - but I can't cheer for wrestling for 3 hours a PPV. I need some emotion, I need to Want someone to win. Hopefully they get some bad guys good guys and some clear feuds.

Yeah I watched the game, it's just amazing how bad we become on the west coast.. I dont want to solely blame it on that.. but smh warriors were depleted, bad team, and they just stomped us. Bierdins (sp?) had 8 f**ing blocks.

Pirates arn't in our division, for all I know - they barely exists to me . Royals I see many times a year and effect us many times when not even playing us (by vs. our competition)

I dont think the names are that big of a deal tbh. I thought it was an ok event, cleary it was rushed and thrown together, but it kept me entertained (albeit nothing to spectacular) and allowed me to watch the PPV. I did enjoy the actual wrestling and it was a very nice change, but can't help but feel how poorly it was put together. But they deserve a pass on this PPV for rushing becuase of all the signings and changes happened this month. Will see how the next PPV turns out.
