That is not overpaying if he can pitch around a 4.30 era or so, which he is capable of.

We need to upgrade in mu opinion. It was one of the worst bullpens in the entire mlb. I know people will say now that adkins and cotts have a year under their belts they should improve. But i don't really feel like either will dramatically improve next year. Honestly i feel like we need one if not two relief pitchers.
