  1. From rotoworld. Angels suspended outfielder Jose Guillen for the rest of the season and the playoffs for inappropriate conduct following his removal from Saturday's game. Guillen became animated after he was replaced by a pinch-runner Saturday, and things must have got very heated in the clubhouse after the game. The Angels are trying to suspend him without pay, so there's a good chance we'll see a grievance here. It also seems likely that the Angels will seek to trade him this winter. Guillen is in the middle of a two-year, $6 million contract with an option for 2006. Despite his attitude problems, the Angels will get decent value should they move him. With Guillen out, the team will probably use a platoon of Jeff DaVanon and Adam Riggs in left field for the rest of the season. Sep. 26 - 9:12 pm et So it looks like he will be some where else next year.
  2. When i heard that i was honestly lmao. Saying f*** you ozzie over and over repeatedly. :headshake
  3. From a couple yankee forums i have heard that he is still pretty effective but he no longer has the nasty drop on his sinkers. Alot of of his breaking ball have been left up in the zone also.
  4. Who puts milton as their second starter. Honestly? I don't care if you prefer righty, lefty, righty and so on. You just can't rely on him as the second starter.
  5. His obp for the entire year is .288 which is just terrible. :puke
  6. Wow suprising that i missed st. louis but the phillies have no one really outside of wolf and padilla. Do not include milton because he sucks and millwood has been pretty s***ty this year.
  7. 7-10 million depending on how bad a team needs offense.
  8. Atlanta, San diego, Minnesota, L.A, and San Fransico So 13 out of 30 have better 3 starters this year.
  9. Career 2.85 era whip of 1.22 and 2.36 batting average against. Yes you are right he sucks. :rolly
  10. High side would be thirty but most likely twenty-five..
  11. Garcia and contreras take up a good portion of that money.
  12. For one there is no reason to believe he will better than a 4th starter next season. He has nshown no improvement this year if anything he is regressing. Secondly don't you think every pitcher has starts through out the season that make his season look worse than it actually was? You always use that excuse for him bet it happens to nearly every pitcher in the course of a season.
  13. Once more 6 innings and 4 earned runs may keep you in the game but it is a digusting era. The point of a 3-4 starter is to win more game than they lose unlike garland. 6 innings and 4 earned runs is more like 6th starter territory.
  14. Thing is about garland he was the third starter to start the year. I have more beef with kw and company more than garland and trust me i do not like garland.
  15. Koskie's career obp is what .69 points better. In koskie's worse year he is still better that cruddy offensively and defensively. Also he will not fet 5 million this year with the surplus of third baseman available.
  16. All i know is that if we got koskie for two years and traded crede for some sort of solid reliever we would have upgraded pretty well. Koskie smokes crede in obp and anything we get for crede is a bonus.
  17. If he bits against soley right handers for a million maybe two i would think about it. Anything more than that he needs to go. But we really have no place to put him since uribe will most likely be the starting shortstop next year.

  19. He won't be. If he did come back some how kw should be fired.
  20. Borchard is gonna do a ben davis on us. Get really hot and then go back to the real player he is.
  21. I hate borchard. Probally making the sox decide if they should keep him or not. Can only hope he does not stay.
  22. I don't care if he went nine innings every game he would still give up about 5 runs a game on average. People always think when he goes 6 innings and gives up 4 that is a decent to good start but not when he was out third starter coming into the season. Even as our fourth starter that is bad. He may give us alot of innings but if he is giving up alot of runs while doing so it doesn't matter when we have to rely on him to win us more games than he losses.
