Anyone know what the head-to-head homer totals are between the Sox and Twins this year?

Everyone in the organization should be fired if they lose 90 or more next year.

Probably same people who are pissed Robert hasn’t been called up yet livid that the Sox lost a year on Kopech.

He pitched fine against the Astros and Mets...but by all means, keep using the word “tank” like it’s a four letter word.

I guarantee they will be in on every starting pitcher the Sox are this offseason. They’ve tried throwing big money at starters in recent years.

Yoan pulling off the ball again of late and chasing some garbage pitches.

I don’t care about how they match up in the postseason. I care more about how are the Sox supposed to significantly close the gap between them next year. Just like the Sox, the Twins have a ton of money to spend.

Kepler, Rosario, Buxton, Polanco, Garver, Sano, Arraz is a pretty damn good core considering how good they seem to do at developing hitters. I bet they’re active going after pitching in the offseason as well.

Cease threw far too many sliders today. Not a good idea when it’s his 3rd best pitch.

Sox are so far behind the Twins in terms of talent and coaching, it’s not even funny.

High fastball and Eloy pounds it into the ground. I’m thrilled the organization is considering fixing his stance/swing, as he reminds me so much of Avi his first few years.

It’s been apparent since May that Cease would struggle with his command in the majors.

Robert has many of the same holes Eloy does at the plate. Struggles with velocity up and in and chases any and all sliders. Madrigal shouldn’t have a big adjustment.

He has no chance in the majors with his current fastball command. I’ve never seen someone miss high on his fastball so often.

Wouldn’t mind him having a lefty opener to try and limit how many lefties he faces in the lineup.

Tim is great hitting the slider.

Bullshit call by the umpire, but it must be nice to have catchers try to frame. Castillo wasn’t even trying last inning.

Or the coaches are too stubborn to preach launch angle. You can’t tell me the Twins or Astros wouldn’t excel at getting Eloy to elevate instead of pounding the ball into the ground.

Eloy strikes out without seeing a strike. This whole team strikes out too much and refuses to walk.

Especially with the juiced ball. Everyone and their mother hits double digits, and the Sox can’t find a DH that can hit above .200 with minimal power.

Amazing that Castillo is going to stay on the roster all season.
