It’s amazing how bad Trubisky is now

And limp off the field after every diving play or play at the wall

They better not pass over better righty hitters just to add a mediocre lefty to the lineup (ie: Calhoun over Castellanos)

God help us if the big bat acquisition is a lefty (outside of Grandal)

And don’t forget knowing how much payroll another team will have to spend

Only way he’s not on Sox next year is if he retires

Yeah not a hard concept to grasp

Absolutely, throw is Castro and someone like Betances

Also, Castellanos is only 27. He’s less than a year older than Anderson.

Grandal is also an infuriating player to watch and I wouldn’t mind at all to see him go elsewhere. I still think Castro is a better fit if they spend big elsewhere.

Scoring on doubles, silly

More likely he plays some RF and some DH with someone like Calhoun.

Love to see him hit 50 doubles and seeing Madrigal, Robert, Yoan and Timmy run

I’m a big fan

On the offensive side, who else would it be? Rendon and Grandal and.....

Reminder they liked him in the draft and also inquired about him last offseason

Seems likely Bill Self goes to the NBA after this year

If a free agency season can’t motivate you, nothing will

Someone explain to me how Sato was viewed as a good signee? Didn’t follow him much before this year, but he seems like the most useless player on the court every game.

What an amazing display of coaching. Wouldn’t be shocked if they lose this by double digits

I wouldn’t be a fan, but to say that wouldn’t help the Sox is neglecting to remember how awful the 2019 team was at those positions

Also, let me add I don’t think anyone knows the true plans for the Sox outside of the organization. Vinnie Duber said the exact opposite of what Kiley said. After last year, it sure seems the Sox have tried to keep leaks from happening.

It would be very fitting for the Sox to want to maintain a lower payroll to be able to extend players down the road, and then not end up extending them or having those players not turn into stars.

Not that it’s a shock, but Passan mentioned the Sox as 1 of 8 or so teams expected to be busy this offseason.

I’m just looking for above average core players for the next 2-3 years. Castellanos and Wheeler are my favorites with JDM not an option. Go get them, Jason Castro, Encarnacion and a few relievers (to go with Abreu)
