We all know Kenny wanted Kyler Murray

Eloy oppo dong

Exactly what it reminded me of.

Rutherford hit in the right hand with a pitch. Staying in the game but definitely swollen. I'm sure XRays to come

So refs kicks someone out of match and then same wrestler comes back out to interfere and ref allows interference and match is over soon after?

Heck I'm probably the low man on this board when it comes to Madrigal and the slow start isn't shocking. Wouldn't surprise me if he's pressing now, as between the CWS and his first week in professional baseball, I doubt he's ever had 1 hit in like 25 at bats.

Higher defensive fWAR this year than Inciarte, Trout and Betts. Shocking to see, but just another cap on their incredible ability to develop players.

And now that DH somehow has turned into a super defender.

Dumbest finish ever to a main event?

I hope Avi plays his way into the plans.

Knock on wood, but even his walks have been pretty close. I know we try to forget, but when he was walking guys earlier in the year, he literally was missing by feet and not inches.

The first of the 5 starts I mentioned was one of those games where there was no reason he was still in for the 8th inning, and he went from 7-2 to 7-4. Outside of the first inning, he's been superb of late with his control.

Giolito has actually been pretty damn great in 4 of his last 5 starts.

Swing reminds me a little of Willie Harris

Off 102

Basabe showing off huge arm

This game sorta, kinda rules

Just caught up on last few innings. Giolito fastball command sets up everything else, and it's been great. Fantastic to see!

Omg I've seen the end of the world

Lefties getting some great swings

Yeah a handful of those fastballs were meatballs to Moose and Duda.

My god, can he wear football padding?

Such a shorter swing that he had a month ago on inside pitches

Nice pitch there. At least he has good fastball command so far.

No zip on anything. Breaking pitches either hanging or spiked. He just can't get consistent swings and misses. Nice play by Palka!
