QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 01:42 AM) I just spent a hour looking up Cisco and he has a lot of fans out there, he puts up big numbers and although he transitioned to playing catcher during his senior year of high school after playing shortstop exclusively he has advanced skills behind the plate for someone his age. If I were Rick Hahn and engaging with Baltimore in trade talks, I would do everything in my power to get back Hunter Harvey or Kevin Gausmann, but for the sake of this trade lets try to get Hunter Harvey because he's 19 and its going to be a while before he reaches the bigs. I would send them Danks, and Beckham for both Sisco and Harvey. They wouldn't give up Harvey for Danks and Beckham. Also, Keith Law had this to say about Sisco Kevin (Baltimore) Did any other Orioles come close to cracking your list? Also, have you seen Chance Sisco recently? His numbers have been ridiculous. Klaw (2:28 PM) No, although Rodriguez would be on the top 100 again. Saw Sisco a few weeks ago. He can't catch. No idea where they'll put him.

Wilkins is on fire, another homer

Game of inches not going the Sox way tonight.

Trey M. with his biggest slump of the year. He's now 3 for his last 32.

QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 02:12 AM) Tyler struck out. Crazy. The countdown is on until he's no longer with the Sox.

QUOTE (raBBit @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 12:48 AM) Wang 8.00 GO/AO through 5. Getting torched in the 6th now

Hawk must be watching a different Gordon Beckham than everyone else. Sad to see him overpowered by Feldman's 89 mph fastball.

QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 01:40 AM) Microcosm of Sox season to date already, bad base running, bad defense and Abreu hitting really good. Well said

How was that not a perfect example of blocking the plate prior to having the ball?

And cost the Sox a run, of course

QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 12:30 AM) Kind of silly going any way with only 1 out a short fly ball and Abreu on deck. +1

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 19, 2014 -> 12:29 AM) Eaton's front leg didn't hit the plate, as far as I can tell. Questionable decision to send him there with Abreu up next.

Isn't that blocking the plate before he had the ball?

Baez with an opposite field homer off Giolito. Scary power

Good speed shown by Micah. Urias has amazing stuff for being 17

QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 13, 2014 -> 09:19 PM) Hinrich is back. God help me. Smh Well, there goes our chances to see the Bulls win at the end of games.

Alcantara looks pretty damn good this week for the Cubs. Very explosive

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 13, 2014 -> 08:49 PM) Yeah, they may have gained a starter in Arrieta, but this version of Wood almost cancels it out Exactly, they better hope Wood stops the bleeding on his season.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 13, 2014 -> 07:41 PM) Hey fathom, what happened to Travis Wood? Yeah, he's having a miserable season. It's strange to me they keep saying he is one of their core building blocks. It's great though, as it's one more question mark they have instead of a sure-fire starter.

Beck with a less than impressive start.

Ravelo playing 3rd tonight...has he played there at all this year?

QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 12, 2014 -> 04:43 AM) https://twitter.com/SethLakso/status/487804044011118592 Ummm... Is a reliever getting sent down or might Danks be close to being traded?

Is it a bad time to mention Charlotte's relievers gave up 16 runs tonight?

QUOTE (MAX @ Jul 12, 2014 -> 01:37 AM) I'm willing to bet that a lot of the same people who complained that we never go over slot are complaining that we did with Rodon. People should be thrilled that Hahn was willing to do something that would have never been possible 5 years ago

QUOTE (Springfield SoxFan @ Jul 12, 2014 -> 01:29 AM) Mr. Hahn, please send Rienzo to the minors, I can't take this anymore. So excited to see Rodon next year. No doubt he could be in this rotation right now.
