I'll give the organization a lot of credit if they show they're not stubborn and actually are willing to put him back in the rotation or on the DL, etc. I have no problem with an organization reversing course so quickly if they feel it's in the best interest of the team.

One thing I'll credit the Cubs coaching under Sveum is that they put on some extreme shifts. From the games I've watched, they've really benefited from this.

Regardless of what happened tonight, it will be interesting to see when Sale pitches again. I don't think he'll be able to go tomorrow, so the Thursday off day is nice as well for him to recover.
