Coming into tonight, A. Escobar is about a .175 hitter vs the Tigers in his career. He's over .330 vs the Sox in his career, I believe. Francoeur has also been awful vs the Tigers in his career.

I wonder if things go bad this week if Hawk will criticize Ventura/Cooper for reshuffling the rotation in order to ensure the main guys face Detroit. I don't think they should get blamed, but a week ago, he was very much against it.

Only thing that would make this game worse is if Myers pitches the 8th Why couldn't we have faced Hunter this series?
