A Kansas/UNC Final Four match-up would be amazing.

I really hope people with DirecTv are watching channel 623. The Dodgers/Red Sox game at the LA Coliseum is amazing.

The Last Roster Spot
QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Mar 30, 2008 -> 02:54 AM) Absolutely absurd decision. Apparently the Sox would rather have a guy who can throw three innings terribly than one inning well. I have a feeling you're with me when I say I disagree with just about every personnel decision that's been made over the last few weeks.

Pitino with some dreadful coaching the last 10 minutes, as he tried to run the offense through Clark, who's a turnover waiting to happen.

The most overrated player in the history of sports, David Padgett, is having just a terrible game.

Juan Uribe Celebrates Racial Equality By Eating His Weight In Ribs
As much as I like a high OBP guy at the top of the order, I don't think Swisher's going to last long there.

The Cubs: 99 years of misery
QUOTE(CanOfCorn @ Mar 29, 2008 -> 11:36 PM) Well, now that the Red Sox and White Sox have won the World Series...there's no one with more futility other than the Cubs. Soooooo...that's why ESPN is talking about them. They aren't winning the World Series this year. Not with Lilly, Marquis and Dempster in the rotation. What's wrong with Ted Lilly? I think he's an asshole, but he's a very competent starter.

Ugh, this outfield defense is going to raise my blood pressure. Dye's running in even deeper quick sand than he was last year.

I hope Ozzie learned a lot from that at bat.

Xavier looks nervous as can be. They've missed quite a few shots by a wide margin.

Ah, I forgot how much I hate watching Uribe bat.

That a boy Pablo. BTW, that was some impressive opposite field strength by Quentin.

Haha, hopefully we get some bounces like that when the season starts.

Nice effort by Contreras today.

Dye's looked terrible every time I've seen him bat this spring.

Wow, Swisher looks terrible in CF. It's funny how everyone complains about Fields defense killing us at 3rd base while we might have the slowest RF/CF combo in the majors.

Contreras seems to be throwing a different type of fork ball this year. It's more like a back door curve. I haven't seen the radar gun yet on his heater.

The Cubs: 99 years of misery
It's too bad the Sox didn't make a multi-year off to Kerry Wood. He'd look great in the bullpen, as he's throwing 99-100 mph right now. I know he's a huge injury risk...but so is Dotel.

Pods looked crappy leading off the game.

Canseco injected Maggs
Even though I think ARod has used PEDs, I don't believe Canseco. I feel as if Canseco has personal hatred for him, and he's taking advantage of the public believing everything he says in order to tarnish ARod. And someone please tell Canseco to stop wearing make-up. He looked terrible on tv last night.

Canseco injected Maggs
QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 28, 2008 -> 09:16 PM) 80% or more? I'm thinking its more like a quarter, at most. Not even close....60 pct is the number I've always heard from scouts. It's interesting the Ordonez stuff, as Boers and Bernstein made a comment about him after he left the Sox, and KW just laughed when asked about him using PEDs.

Tenn's pg play tonight was embarrassing. Of course, Chris Lofton continued his terribly disappointing senior season.
