Papelboner better finish the Tigers off.

Damn...PK likely would have scored on that. Dye hit that ball awfully hard. Big AB for Crede here.

Hawk yelling Stretch on a ball probably 20 feet short from going out.

A couple of close calls, but Garland gets us back in the dugout.

Good stretch by Gload on that throw. PK might have had a problem with it.

Good base running by Crede. It wasn't pretty, but our 8-9 guys got the runners in.

Haha...I'LL TAKE IT!

Uribe is jumping so much at every pitch. He has no balance at the plate.

There we go Gload! If Uribe and/or Anderson can't get another runner in, I'm going to puke.

Gload is fouling off massive cookies down the plate.

Great swing by Crede. It's time for Gload to contribute to the 2006 White Sox.

Come on boys....avoid the double play, and get the crowd into the game.

Iguchi and PK showed how it's done against this pitcher.

Better fastball for Garland that inning.

QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 01:20 AM) Didn't he have a few walks the other night? Yeah, he's done a very good job drawing walks. That's why I said the thing about when he's not drawing walks. This team is so f***ing flat right now...and losing our best player isn't going to help.

Nice swing by Iguchi....we need AJP to get it going with RISP.

Pods has been struggling when he hasn't been walking recently. He's something like 1 for his last 14.

QUOTE(JimH @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 01:14 AM) I have noticed a change in his approach tonite, yes he's leaving too much up but he's making a conscious effort to bust these guys on the hands ... which is a good thing. He just cannot make mistakes against this team though. He almost needs to pitch and locate perfectly, he hasn't been pitching that well combined with these guys being good hitters. He definitely can't walk guys. I always thought his change-up was more effective when he'd use it against righties (goes against textbook baseball). Garland gets burned on his changeup more than any other pitch, which is unacceptable for a sinker baller.

Huge out for Garland there. Blalock could have put us in a lot of trouble.
-

Garland just has no chance against these hitters of keeping them down. For a sinker ball pitcher, he throws way too many pitches up in the zone.

QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 01:09 AM) What was Kinsler batting? LIke 390? That's pretty solid. As you know, he was hurt. That's in 41 ABs. He's a good looking prospect though.

QUOTE(Soxfest @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 01:06 AM) Can Garland pitch a game without giving up a HR :puke Yep....if he's not facing Kansas City. And yes, that's the accurate answer.

Some more amazing production from the bottom of the order.

QUOTE(JimH @ Jun 3, 2006 -> 01:01 AM) He only has himself to blame though, it was a fat change up out over the plate, and up. I couldn't tell you the amount of hanging changeups he's had crushed against him by Rangers hitters over the years. Guys like Blalock, Tex, and Palmeiro have crushed him.

2-0 on the first of many homers. Garland's so bad...as is this team right now.
