White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
New owner, new GM, whole new development staff, new Manager, new hitting coach, trading Yoan and Giolito

Can’t believe he wasn’t playing today. Seemingly every game Tony is more focused on not playing certain guys than trying to win. Reminds us all of the last two months last season.

I’m shocked McGuire as DH hasn’t worked out today

Of course I would prefer they win, but this team/franchise is completely broken.

No way should these high sinkers be hit on the ground.

It’s truly awful for the organization. Basically the most deflating season since the White Flag season.

I hate this team so much. Not only do they suck, but they’re boring and they all seem miserable. I’m rooting for them to lose their next 20 games, as changes are desperately needed.

Taking fastballs for a strike seems like a terrible game plan

Would have been better if they were already ten games out and forced wholesale changes.

Kinda shows to me this team is cooked. Just an amazing job by Hahn, Menechino and the players.

Sure, whole new party scene he can call home

It’s like all the hitters just stopped taking PEDS this season.

It’s almost like making awful lineup decisions can hurt a team.

Swing the bat asshole

At this point, eat some salary and move on, especially if his extracurricular activities are pissing off the team

Never seen a player look so disinterested. He’s going to play himself out of town.

Good lord

It does go without saying that Yoan should be on the IL right now. He looks feeble at the plate. As I said once the oblique injury happened, he’s the last guy they should ever try to play when he’s not feeling great.

Yoan’s sprint speed is way down also

I know a lot of people think Eloy is the guy they should trade, but I really would like to see what he could do with a new hitting coach/approach. Yoan just seems to have lost a lot of his physical ability.

Montas gets Sox speculation
Oh no, not one of our great top 250 prospects kidding, not kidding....there was a scout or two quoted as saying the Sox didn’t even have enough to get Manaea

It should be him in a heartbeat if anyone would want him.

His effort this season is inexcusable

He’s got to be loving it in Toronto if it still is like it was a decade ago. Don’t even have to leave the building to get the ladies to your room.

They’ve shown no signs of turning this around. If anything, the pitching is coming back to earth
