Bears and Packers is worse for me. At least both the Sox and Cubs are from Chicago. I'm sure there are some people who root for both. There are probably less people that root for both the Bears and Packers.

Cubs fans and classy don't go together very well.

I would've rather had Frank/Rowand than Thome/Anderson too. I feel losing Rowand really took a hit to the team chemistry and hopefully it's coming back with Swisher here. I understand why KW did the trade. Our power hitters were all righties.

lol this is a great thread. Honestly I'd put him on the decades 25 man roster though as of now.

They're doing good. It'll be interesting to see how long they can keep it going. It'd be crazy to have a 5 team race in September even though I'm sure that won't happen, some teams will drop off.

I am going to read this book. It seems very interesesting. He was my brother's favorite athlete of all time. I used to my fun of my brother for switching teams all the time but he was only around 5 or 6 when that was going on. Seems like a good read though.

He better get both. If he doesn't I'll certainly question this franchise. I'd have a hard time rooting for the Sox if they didn't honor all that Frank did for this organization.

I want to see 2 years out of high school or whatever. That way at least some of them might try to get a 2 year degree. Even if it's just a fraction of the kids, they're getting much needed discipline in college. It's a better transition from college basketball to the pros than high school basketball to the pros.

I could see Alexei getting sent down if Uribe is still on the team. They're not going to send Uribe down to the minors. I hope they don't send down Anderson even though he doesn't get any playing time. I would rather see Owens replace Anderson.
