Yeah I believe that. There is no question that he was a great 2nd basemen back in his day. I remember him playing for the Indians and watching a couple of games. Loften would lead off, Visquel bat second, and Alomar third. Good averages and good speed for all of them. It's kind of funny how 2 of our arch rivals played with the Sox and the other was rumored to come here.

I'm all for letting Willie stay at 2nd base. You have to leave him in the lineup everyday to see what he's capable of doing.

I joined the one with KnucklesSox because I wanna talk White Sox baseball. If they don't do that, then I'll probably stop posting there and just stay here. One thing's for sure though. I'll be posting here as often as I can.

The bottom line is that we'll never know how good that team could've been. I'm not saying they'd win the championship, but in their first year together, they finished 10th in the Western Conference, and had more wins in that year than the previous 2 years combined. I think it was like 12 more wins or something.
