Overall I consider this entire series a win, with the exception of Viz. The team stuck with it and the rookie was awesome! The Cubs should feel fortunate they have a pitcher like Prior because he's the only thing that redeems that team. DLee gets honorable mention. I'll take 2 out of 3 anytime - .667 WP? HELL YEAH! I drafted Marcus Giles high too, and I had him last year. This year he's sucked so bad I've benched him the past two or three games. Tonight he was 3/4 with 2 doubles and 2 runs scored, but still no NR and he isn't stealing bases like he can. I hope he can turn it around.

Last I checked, a moral victory doesn't get you a "W" in the left-hand column. I'd prefer to see BMac smoke the Cubs tomorrow, but if he doesn't, we STILL have won the series, we STILL have the best record in the MLB, and the CUBS WILL STILL SUCK!!

Yea Carlos pissed me off bigtime tonight - I've got Radke on my fantasy team. But at least something good came of it - the Twinkies fell further behind in the standings! I've also got Matt Morris and HE was pissing me off too, but Larry Walker bailed him out. So overall it was a beautiful day (except for El Duque going on the DL)!

I won't bite. I'd prefer Kong over CLee for the simple fact that Pauly seems to play for the team more than CLee does. I can remember countless times just over the previous two seasons where it was totally apparent CLee had nothing else on his mind but his own stats and team be damned. At least with Kong we're the best team in the league with great chemisty and don't have to platoon 1st basemen. I'd take that in a heartbeat over a selfish player who prefers to help himself over his team. EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing CLee at his finest because it did help the team. But when he stunk, man did he smell up a joint - always trying for the fences to pad his stats or protecting himself by not extending for a play.

Of all pro-Cubs media, I never thought I'd see the day when Moronotti would jump the fence. Is this a good thing, or another sign of the Apocalypse?

IMO dump him, he AIN'T playing this year, and if he does, no chance he'll make as big an impact on your team as a healthy full-time player will.
