Paulie puts up a 3 spot. 7 runs for the sox. Normally we are cruising. However we had to have the Count piss down his pant leg. Hopefully this is enough rope to hang the Count by. Richard was just about ready to get chased out of the rotation even with a couple of good starts. The Count pitches like crap for most of the year and one good start against one of the worst hitting teams in the majors seems to have Ozzie all rejuvenated on the Count bandwagon. Hopefully this is the end of him in the rotation.

Quentin needs to be moved up to the 3 hole. Having Dye flail at the ball and K or GIDP is getting a bit too much. It kills the flow of our offense.

In 05 it took Ozzie way too long to remove Carl from the 3 hole. I wonder how long it will take him to remove Dye from the 3 hole this year.

I hope our guys are pleased with their product tonight. The cool thing is that because its against the Red Cubs they will have enough time to digest it as its played over and over and over and over on ESPN.
