Per the game thread. Ozzie in the post game conference was asked if he was going to regroup tomorrow to get ready for the next road trip. His answer is that he is going to leave chicago to go to Miami tomorrow because he needs a day off from the city of chicago to mentally regroup.

CORPSEBALL IS BACK 2005 BACK TO AUGUST

One good week in September against bad pitching teams. Then we get shut down in two games by the Royals the owners of the worst staff in baseball. Then we have people trying to park every pitch into the stands. So much for the electric Scotty Pods changing the offense around.

Its nice to see another strikeout with men in scoring position. Our guys have the hitting acumen of a little league team. Except they choke up on 2 strikes and dont take full f***ing swings going for the fence every AB.

Now the real mark of stupidity is when asked after this game Ozzie will say that Brandon pitches good but is no Roger Clemens and El Duque is still in the rotation. Its nice to see that the offense that we had last week was an abberation and that the corpseball kids from August are still in charge. Oh and BTW Pods is back, so where is our offense.

All we have been hearing on this board is about how we can pitch to the Angels because all you have to do is to avoid Vlad. Buerhle needs to avoid bats instead. The minute the game goes into extras the fan patrol shows up waving for the fences like madmen. 2 strikes, f*** it, swing with the bottom of your heels. Dont get cheated. How this team panics when they get behind late in a game. How many times have we seen a relief pitcher K 2 or 3 in an inning. Joey Cora===Waving Wendel Kim

Considering the shear amount of innings he has pitched, and our managers propensity to have them pitch deep into every game, no matter the score or meaning, we are hitting a bit of a wall. Now with the end of the season and the playoffs in sight does Ozzie..... Use McCarthy to be our 6th starter, giving an extra day of rest to our starters. Limit the pitch counts and use our underutilized bullpen more(Except Ozzie cant do his righty for a guy/lefty for two guys/righty for a guy matchups he loves for whatever f***ing reason. f*** no. Let them toss their 120 pitches a game, they have to go at least 6 innings no matter what. Buerhle needs rest. If he limps into the playoffs like this he will be a f***ing pinata. El Duque btw isnt getitng any younger and could use the rest. We are coming to the point that we have 2 times in the season where El Duque will need some quiet time for his shoulder.

Jenks is a beast. If he throws strikes he will be our closer of the future.

Faith and Begorrah and a White Sox Winner tonight!!!!!!! Of course we will win this series. I caught this little focker running around my house and I told him he could have his lucky charms if he eigthy-sixed the rally monkey.
