After that four-game winning streak we were in first place and 10 games over .500 for the first time this season. The month was very decent at that point. Then this week came, where we lost six in a row. Recap. So, before this week, 1st place, season-high 10 games over .500. After this week, 2nd place, only 4 games over .500. Bad week.

He was completely healed from his shoulder injury this year. KW had the chance to test his physical health and everything was alright. It's kind of hard to foresee that Carl would hurt his quad trying to leg out an infield single in some soft dirt. I suppose you can say he is at a high risk for injury, but we needed a bat immediately.
