Here's the problem with taking away player's records. There must be players in baseball who were using juice and didn't break any recaords. Maybe they averaged .280 and had 20 homers, but were juising nonetheless. Myabe those guys who not have made the bigs without juice. Aren't those guys just as guilty? They made millions of dollars off of tickets that we all bought.....and if so, where do draw the line?

They will either plead the 5th, or deny using roids. I love this idea that people always have to tell the truth under oath.......so help them God.
