Ha I only meant for the 1st sentence to perhaps to remind you of your love life. The rest is just about baseball.

There are just some guys whose bodies weren't meant for the grind no matter how strong or athletic they are. The Mets got his medical reports before the trade. They're just pumping themselves up to let their fans know they're on top of it. Oh look at all that scar tissue from his hips on down. Gee ya dont say . What were you expecting to find ?

Love can do that. Only with fandom you can love knowing full well youre not going to get the ultimate reward very often. But every year you can start that rite of spring again even knowing ( for the most part) how it'll end. You have to love the game 1st not just the colors. It binds generations . Its like watching Field of Dreams and always thinking its a great movie !

Winner winner enjoy your dinners ! 11-2.

Coffey slider and change up looking sharp with 2 K and GO 1, 2, 3 inning.

He got the K on mostly swings out of the zone too.

Adisyn Coffey pitching now.

Dru Baker oppo gap double. Jacob Gonzalez single to CF . Nice read on bad throw home and JG takes 2nd. 8-2

FB near 99 sinker around 97. Not terrible 1st outing. A lot of non competitive pitches but no walks at least.

Alberto 3 straight single but no runs yet after getting the 1st 2 outs. GO gets him out of it.

One of the Rule 5 guys Alberto in to pitch.

Breaux will be facing a new pitcher Krook. Nice matchup of names.

Bergolla single RBI 7-2

Camilletti BB RBI

Bonemer plunked bases juiced no outs.

Pretty much all subs in now.Bergolla,Connor, Dru Baker,Breaux.

Davitt gets out of jam with DP grounder. Still 5-2 Sox entering bottom of 6th.

Good point. There should be a rule somewhere that addresses that.

Jacob Wilson was locked up long term with 7 yrs $70M and his bat speed isn't anything to brag about for those worried about Quero Bat speed. Besides Kwan also being pretty slow there's also Arraez. So Edgar's got some good company.

good job Wiki !
