Let's endeavor to win this thing

PK with two hits today-both singles. But one was hard hit to left

Two or three pluses in this loss today though. Offense (Rios and Youkilis) looks as if it might be waking up and kudos to the bullpen

We sure are going through a hard and bad stretch of games here. Humber gives up 4 homers. That has been a consistent issue with our pitchers for the most pasrt. They give up way too many long balls. Our offesne is pathetic right now and the play we see is even worse then pathetic. But, this team can play well and I am certain it will soon. We are still in this thing. Live game to game day to day and when you have these stretches it is worse than having teeth pulled for sure. Look long term

Not a good inning for the offense

Maybe Humber righted the ship? Three flyball outs.

The magic in game wizzard on Gameday popped up telling us that the Tigers hurler is leaving the ball up and is prone to giving up the homerun. Really? Can't tell it by this team. Should I hold out hope?

Violence against women is abhorent. However, the issues between Mr and Mrs Myers are their private issues and business. If they, and expecially, Brett are working on making their marriage work and the people in that marriage better peope and more respectful of each other than it is not for anyone else to judge. Now back to baseball. It appears the acquisition of Brett Myers the pitcher from Houston was a good move and we most certainly needed to get some experience in that bullpen. I hope it translates into wins.

I don't see Dunn doing much more than Konerko is doing. Listen to anyone about Dunn this year and it's either a homer, a walk OR A K and I see a lot of that from him. I am bit worried there is more wrong with PK than is let on concerning his wrist. But, Paulie is a pro all the way. I think he will rebound soon. I hope the whole line up does. It ain't fun to lose.

Big series between the first place Chisox and second place Tigers and I don't think it is on national TV at all. It isn't listed for this area if it is on any of the usual suspect networks
