I think your putting to much faith in El Duque, for someone who has not pitched much in the past 2 years, we are banking allot on him.

1. That depends on where you sit. Also becuase of a few morons, they have made a bad name for the rest of us. 2. Its the IN thing.. which I am sure most people here have mentioned. There are 2 things that make the Cell a bad place 1. Location, most sox fans live in the Burbs of Chicago, and don't want to make the treck into the city only to get home by 11pm-12am after a weekday game. 2. The other side of the highway is bad, they are finally rebuilding over there but up until the recently most people were "Scared" to come down to the park. and lastly we enjoy winning, if we have a team that can actually play well we show up.

Yes, But you miss the points Trading lee for Spod. was also getting a SP.. and we didn't, instead we got a guy who era is 4.5's for a career playing in the NL.. which will eqaul somewhere in the 5's.. boy that gets me excited. THen WE suppose to get an impact player for our rotation, only to get El Oldy, instead of going after Wade Miller, if ur thinking that say 3 mil for miller would not have gotten him here you are mistaken. Miller has the same risks but a s***load younger. So please tell me why I should get excited that even these moves as Addison has said also we still have 3 ? marks in our rotation, and we have the easiest div in baseball and might not win it.

For some reason I don't think KW even tried. Keep accepting the fact we sign avg players and then when we lose another div.. there is your answer why.

Lets see I make a trade for a Lead-off hitter and a SP, and he get the leadoff hitter but forgets the SP..only to get another bullpen guy whos era was high and will se even higher in the cell.. Brilliant.

Yes I be happy when we as a team don't settle for the table scaps, we had a chance to p/u a very soild (when healthy) # 2and # 3 starters in Miller and El OldMan. Could have traded Garland who is never going to be anything other than #4/5 pitcher. And saved even more Cash I was happy about the Spod deal, We needed a leadoff hitter in here. I was happy when Clement signed with Boston, paying more money for your # 3 than what your paying your 1&2 guys is just plain stupid I will be happy when KW gets his walking papers only problem is who the next cheap replacement is.

Lets add this to the list of dumb f***ing moves by KW, a pitcher with a s***load of good stuff he lets slip out of his fingers.. Hell why could have not signed both? Then dealt Garland/Harris off for an upgrade at 2b.
