ESPN radio here in St. Louis is reporting that Pinella will be hired to manage the Cubs. Contract specifics still have to be worked out. Has anyone else heard this?

The league I am in right now starts 2 QBs and I think it is screwy. With 12 teams and bye weeks, there's just not enough QBs to go around. Is starting 2 QBs normal? I have argued against it, but the founding members say that it is the "right" way to do it.
