  1. Got around 8 inches in Batavia. That was at 3:00 so i have no idea what it is now.
  2. I changed mine to Rooq exquisite. Pretty cool. The banner isnt sized right though.
  3. QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ Jan 22, 2005 -> 10:11 PM) Chris Boden was his name.. Was bugging me to... Yeah thats it, he was terrible. It has to be guys who are really into the Sox. Not guys like damon andrews and Chris Boden.
  4. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Jan 22, 2005 -> 12:47 PM) I know some of you would like Harris to come off the bench as a glorified "pinch runner," but look at last year's steals total. That was the final nail in the coffin. Although Rock may be able to improve his read on the basepaths, I don't think he'd make the improvements necessary to develop into a Juan Pierre or even the Sox's own Scooter Podsednik. Thoughts...? You act like he cant get any better. Do you honestly think he will only get 25 steals next year? He will definitely improve. Another thing, you have too high expectations for him- expecting him to steal 50 bases and turn into Juan pierre or Spod. This will be his 2nd year!
  5. QUOTE(Texsox @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 08:23 PM) yes, she did, the article said they had sex . . . good one.
  6. How can anyone not vote for the twins. We play them 19 times and they are the team we need to beat to get to the post season.
  7. I dont like this at all- Atlanta is on a big run. Hinrich is having trouble just like we thought. Ekezie has 3 fouls, Drobnjak has 2, and Collier has 2. So at least Atlanta has foul trouble early.
  8. Bulls are up 10-6 and Atlanta just got about 6 off. rebounds on one play. THEY DIDNT GET A BASKET!!!
  9. Garcia is a great pitcher. He has proven it. Ill sacrifice the .3 difference in era to get a guy who is 31 games over .500 in his career. I can see where your coming from though... i didnt know his era was that good.
  10. I hate homework as much as the next student... but come on its not worth suing over... i dont think he can do that anyway. Dont do honors classes if you're gonna b**** about the work load.
  11. QUOTE(winodj @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 05:27 PM) Division III Women's Ultimate Regional Semi-Finals. They're FANNNNNNNN tastic. Tonight on ESPN3 I prefer division III womens field hockey exhibition matches on ESPN 11.
  12. QUOTE(GASHWOUND @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 12:31 AM) Cool website http://www.grand-illusions.com/ Damn, the pin wheel thing is awesome. It says look at the center for 30 secs buy i did it for 3 mins and it was crazy.
  13. I went with OH because, like it was said above it gets rid of that huge black hole and can add some extra wins we didnt have in '04. I almost voted for dye just because i think he had an off year in '04 because of missing the most of the season in '03. This year he is healthy and i expect him to knock the crap outta the ball at USCF.
  14. QUOTE(JoshPR @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 03:12 PM) AAA FODDER No doubt about that. Spod rowand dye perez Everett Gload Borchard All these guys would get OF playing time before Escobar would.
  15. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 01:57 PM) What are you talking about? Field turf may play faster, but in no way is it tougher than grass. Grass gives you all types of odd hops all of the time, meanwhile, turf is fast and, for the most part, straight. Wasn't Kaz Matsui a defensive-wiz back in Japan? He sure didn't look like one in the majors, though... I agree on turf it is much easier to judge the hops. I guess he's never played on turf before... Anyway i really hope KW signs him. We cant have a Middle infield that is as inexpirienced as the current.
  16. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 20, 2005 -> 07:51 PM) After venturing onto ebay looking to see if anyone was selling their "sox pride" wristbands, I was very surprised to see that people are paying up to $9 a bracelet for them. The same ones that we all just paid $2 for this past weekend. Run an ebay search of sox pride and plenty will come up. Kinda makes me sick to see people capitalizing off of something that is going to charity, but to each his own I suppose. Hey, if people are willing to buy them for 9 bucks i say do it. They gave their $2 charity. If i had extra's i might do the same thing.
  17. Reuters article weird... good idea though.
  18. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Jan 20, 2005 -> 07:16 PM) won't open for me... Did you click the 2nd link she gave?
  19. QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Jan 20, 2005 -> 08:28 PM) Good game, pretty ugly -- I wonder if there's some sort of poker programming coming on next LOL... Like they didnt remind us enough.
  20. Yes! i am very happy now. Illini got lucky on this one.
  21. QUOTE(OfficerKarkovice @ Jan 19, 2005 -> 09:36 PM) Just for the record...I get Men's Health and I remember reading in that article that the data they used to judge the "limpest cities" was based on reported cases or diagnosed problems. They made a slight side-note in regards to the fact that Chicago may simply have more men to admit it or to seek help...partially due to those certain ads by Da Coach. Yeah and chicago is the 3rd biggest city in the US... of course there are gonna be alot of limp dicks.
