  1. Went to Twitter immediately after Tim Anderson walked to make sure Keith Law commented on it.
  2. That's why we have Eaton behind Anderson. To bunt him over.
  3. QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 03:34 PM) This thread has mirrored the game pretty much. Rodon fell a part for no good reason after being give two leads and the bullpen is finishing off the effort. No, the thread is much worse.
  4. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 03:33 PM) For what reason? BECAUSE THIS TEAM IS ONLY A RELIEVER AWAY!
  5. My favorite thing to do with game threads is to read the posts in horror assuming we are down 12-24 runs and then to look at the score.
  6. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 12:57 PM) And he deserved it. Roy Hibbert was the early/heavy favorite but forgot how to basketball after the all-star break. The system also demanded he play way out and often take on quicker guards off the roll. He didn't get to just sit back and be a free safety for blocks and rebounds. He was amazing that year. Unfortunately his knee was a bum that last 2 weeks of the season and playoffs.

"Ahead of the vote last week, Soros had warned that if the British left the UK it would have effects on the British pound more disruptive than "Black Wednesday."" Great copy editing yahoo.
  9. When season started I wanted + defense from him and a .630 OPS and I thought we'd be okay. He's hit .260 with a .720 OPS. With his spot starts that's even more impressive. On pace for 10 HR even in a reserve role
  10. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 10:16 AM) Noah is probably the most overrated Bulls player ever, right? I mean he was a fan favorite but he always made a lot of coin for what he provided. That would be reserved for Mirotic on this board.
  11. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 10:26 AM) He is a great passer. How many supposed Defensive Players of the Year got worked by Nene in the playoffs though? He is was on a knee that had surgery immediately after and ruined his career. Kind of an important part of that.
  12. I think he can spell more, honestly. Frazier/Lawrie have had very few days off. Same with Abreu. Can do more Frazier at 1st, Salad/Lawrie third, Salad/Lawrie at 2nd.
  13. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 09:39 AM) Watch the Bulls tank next year for a high pick and get a karma b****slap from getting Rose at #1 and end up in the bottom of the lottery You could only possibly move back 3 spots i believe. but if they tank, you just have to hope it's top 4 bad. This roster unfortunately will still be decent unless Butler goes down.
  14. Just want to say congrats to Saladino, who has now eliminated all doubts that we need to sign trash like Bonifacio or Rollins in future. We should rotate and rest more often. While he is best at third, reeally nice to have a bench infield player we can trust. First in a while...since Pablo was poppin roids. He is a horrible interview though.
  15. Has to be exciting for him after a pretty dark 3 years. Doubt he'll be up long so make an impression, Matt.

  17. QUOTE (Tony @ Jun 30, 2016 -> 12:43 AM) It's one of those weird instances where we would have all be fairly upset if the Bulls brought him back for anything more than a one year deal, but once you hear he is leaving, it's tough to take. Going to miss Jo. Totally this
